Musique de Lune rounds out the month of October by welcoming Luke Santos back to the label for a special remix edition of 'I Am Everything'. As a DJ for well over two decades, Argentina born, Netherlands based artist Luke Santos has delighted crowds across the world with his far-reaching sound. Long-standing events such as ADE, WMC, The Love Parade and more have been recurring locations for Luke's exquisite taste and impeccable programming skills; while GU Music, Sudbeat and The Soundgarden have been global music brands to request his talents. A near decade-long career as a producer indicates his selective nature, with Cid Inc's Replug Records, Guy Mantzur's Plattenbank and Global Underground being the primary landing spots for his stunning creations. 2022 would see Luke return from a five-year hiatus via Musique de Lune Noire with the well-received album project 'I Am Everything'. A release which not only holds the distinction of being Noire's inaugural release, but received praise from Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren. Now, two years on from the release, Luke makes his debut on Musique de Lune's primary imprint with a special remix edition of 'I Am Everything', featuring Hernán Cattáneo & Marcelo Vasami, Kasper Koman & Alex O'Rion, Noraj Cue & Unders and Patrice Bäumel.

Progressive House phenoms Kasper Koman and Alex O'Rion are up next with a massive rendition of 'I Am Human'. Already in the sets of Hernan Cattaneo, the Dutch duo combine their creative forces for a festival sized rework fuelled by striking stabs, hopeful overlays and relentless drive. A well-constructed break sits at the core of the track, one which finds a perfect balance of tension and emotion, before a finale of pulsating grooves and orbiting effects fully saturates your senses.

Juicebox Music's 84th release welcomes SAJAY back to the imprint with a solo 2-track EP featuring "Hysteria" & "Reload". Based in London (UK), SAJAY's early upbringing in Kenya and Sri Lanka sparked the inspiration of his musical quest. During his tenure in Sri Lanka, he helped develop, alongside his peers, the incredible underground dance music scene. SAJAY made his debut on Juicebox Music through his single "Subterranean" on our 'Elements Vol 3' release in 2021 and subsequently contributed to our 2nd edition of the 'Fables' compilation with his single "Point Panic" in 2023. His powerful yet emotive style in his performances translated into his productions, landing him releases on GMJ & Matter's 'Meanwhile Horizons', Mango's 'Mango Alley', Max Freegrant's 'Freegrant Music' and more recently Cristoph's 'Consequence of Society'. He continues to explore outside the confines of genres to fully express musical expression while still staying true to his underground influences. With this release, SAJAY delivers 2 peak-time weapons - "Hysteria" & "Reload", both gunning for the jugular.

Bursting onto the Progressive House scene in mid-2020, Fausto Javier Loza has carved out quite a name for himself with his FJL production moniker. Since a debut on Balkan United, the Argentinean producer has found his music allied to such esteemed imprints as sister Madlochs Sound Avenue and 3rd Avenue, Roger Martinezs HIGHER STATES and Mangos all-conquering Mango Alley. Now the Rosario resident from the province of Sante Fe, debuts on Proportion with a 3-track EP of the highest order as FJL presents his Alter Ego / Losstower / Rare Wizards EP. With a deep, fizzing bassline narrative running throughout the triptych, Alter Ego is a chunky rhythmic powerhouse that sees a chest-thumping kick paired with a deliciously grooved bass pattern creating a sublime rolling pattern. A kaleidoscopic array of effects and risers are scattered across the 6-minute piece as a delicate arpeggiated melody gradually evolves from the low-end foundation. Pulsating white-noise washes and a hypnotic dance-floor vibe add to proceedings in an impressive opener. A Tech House vibe infuses Losstower with its plethora of stereo-panned effects and sub-bass groove. A series of cleverly treated vocal effects add to the sonic melange with their eerie overtones, while meticulously programmed hats and shakers provide dancefloor urgency. Subtle melodic flourishes add to the overall feel and the result is a production masterclass from the FJL studio. The final offering sees Rare Wizards immediately showcase its club-friendly credentials through house rhythm and hypnotic bass sequence. In keeping with its partner tracks, a flurry of deep, dark and powerful effects make their presence felt alongside evolving textures and immaculate melodic touches. Layer upon layer of evermore intricate sounds come to the fore, felt especially keenly at the powerfully pulsing breakdown, before returning to the dramatic rhythmic urgency and plethora of effects that create a track bringing to mind such maestros such as John Digweed, Quivver and Jamie Stevens.
