Ran Salman returns to the spotlight with his latest 'Vertigo' EP on Steyoyoke Black. 'Vertigo' features the title track accompanied by a second original production, 'Stratosphere'. Ran Salman manages to capture movement, excitement, and  a dizzying freedom in his latest EP. 

'Vertigo', a thickly layered aural expression, contains surprising amounts of variation in both production and arrangement. The dangerously dark and dizzying track is carefully arranged to create an anticipation and eagerness which stays constant throughout. Be prepared for a ride, 'Vertigo' is one giant climax!

'Stratosphere' takes on a lighter, loftily atmosphere paired with a mysterious approach to the complimentary elements between the rides and synths. A track that is both the yin and yang simultaneously, this production is a bittersweet masterpiece that will have you reaching for your dancing shoes.

Another accomplished EP featured on Steyoyoke Black, Ran Salman has truly outdone himself in his ability to create something that is beautifully both day and night, and dark and light.

Biography 
Anyone who approaches Techno music with intelligence and finesse is exactly in the right place with C.7even, because the young Frankfurt-native has her craft down to a tee. She found her way intoelectronic music back in 2009, shaped by many musical genres. Contrary to many others, her style is constantly evolving and driven by the passion to constantly reinvent herself.Groovy-melodic, mystic- hypnotic, straightforward-uncompromising- this is what she embodies, but she still has always a clear vision    her mind of the story that she wants to tell through the medium of electronic sounds. “A DJ set has to make sense to me, Im no fan of the approach to just step behind the decks and blindly improvise my way through my playtime- Im always aware of what it is that I want to convey to my audience. That moment, when you ignite that spark in your audience- when the dancefloor really lets loose and people follow your leadership- that feeling just cannot be bought, that’s why I personally prefer longer sets (4-5 hours or more) over short and compressed playtimes. You can unfold and spread your wings so much more, and the connection between you and your audience gets so much deeper and more intense. In terms of own productions, C.7even doesn’t have anything official under her belt yet- but she doesn’t have to, because good stuff takes his time and her sets more than speak for themselves.“im really not a patient person, that’s why I might need more time than others to complete projects. But I refuse to give in to outside pressure- nowadays everybody says “you have to produce, you have to promote events, you have to dothis and you have to do that in order to progress...„I rather focus on the things that I am good at and what I can represent and stand by to 100%,I wont tolerate a flood of releases and half-assed stuff. That’s why my general rule is: “less is more.”Anyone who likes to go on a sonic journey through many facets of House & Techno, who likes to let loose in a tightly woven atmosphere and anyone who prefers sophisticated music over anything mainstream-take the leap of faith and and immerse yourself into the world of C.7even. Adriatique & Marino Canal - Home (feat. Delhia De France)

Although it's not possible to be with all of you at the moment, we're still able to communicate through our music. We are delighted to share our new Song 'Home' with you, a collective effort from Delhia de France, Marino Canal and us.

As Marino had multiple appearances on Siamese Records like 'A Fire in the Sun' or 'Dreamt of Tomorrow' and we've already worked successfully with Delhia de France in the past on 'Tachykardia' from our debut album 'Nude' as well as our much-loved remix for her track 'Tremors :Nemesis', it seemed inevitable to work on a track all together.

Delhia had originally written 'Home' as a song creating an ambiance that beautifully resembles the feeling of stillness. "It's about someone scared of true intimacy running away from themself, but being seen by the other person who is offering a safe space, a home in the moment. With what we are is experiencing right now, many people are faced with a sudden stillness and it's hard for a lot of us to deal with it. Being forced to really be with oneself, in solitude" Delhia says.

The world hit pause and we had to re-evaluate our patterns of behavior, re-think life, re-appreciate the things that, too often, go unnoticed and most of all face our own fears. It could teach us that the true home lies in the moment. It's the safest place to be, where no fear exists, as there is no need for the past nor the future.

Sometimes, when making a remix, I build an entirely new track, but the original of „Desire“ was already so colorful, that all I had to do was bring out those deep elements, highlight the simplistic yet powerful chords and add a few touches of my own.
