HE HAD SLEPT about two hours when the daylight woke him and he looked at Jendayi sleeping easily and looking happy in her sleep. These two tracks are fluid as a paintbrush yet precise as a scalpel. Balint Boldizsar, Jonajosu, Jean Vayat and M.Age.Project are telling stories of “maybe” to Jendayi.

Kapadokya is a story that brings the East and the West together.  I’m honored to have the opportunity to provide my re-interpretation to the original track. The remix represents an adventure across Oceans with its roots in the mystical landscapes of Turkey. The universe conspired in the most beautiful way to create an inspiring friendship between Mercan Dede & myself. It marks the first collaboration from our labels Saisons & Halaken, both of which put immense value on the power of collectivity and our role by mother nature.  

2020 has been a year of incredible turbulence. The importance of music and its ability to heal us has never been more relevant in the modern-day.
