Niki Sadeki returns with her Elsewhere EP, a two-track release crafted for the dancefloor yet imbued with a deeply personal touch.  “Lost in a Limbo” finds her exploring contrasts, weaving dreamy, flowing melodies with sharper, stab-like synth lines. Written during a period of experimentation, the track captures the delicate balance between softness and intensity, emotion and energy.  “Upside Down” reveals the opposite creative process—arriving almost fully formed, written quickly and without hesitation. The result is a track that retains a raw, spontaneous energy, channeling an idea as it moves straight from inspiration to the floor.  With Elsewhere, Sadeki once again showcases her instinct for tension, release, and mood.

"Passerine (Remixes)" brings Catatonique's downtempo track into new territory with six fresh takes from friends around the world.

The original and VIP versions set the foundation at 92 bpm, while Cavedweller's remix adds a dark sub‑bass layer that changes the mood without touching the tempo. Juliano Gomez and Oondza pick up the pace slightly, delivering groovy slow‑techno renditions. Alacrán del Amor and Fernn go even further, turning the track into slow‑techno bangers with their signature bouncy touches. vietzen closes the EP with a progressive house remix that builds tension and plays creatively with the original elements.

Despite the BPM shifts, all versions keep the melodic thread that makes "Passerine" instantly recognisable.

Sometimes it's a matter of perspective. It’s that old story: If you only know one leg of the elephant, you might think it's a tree. Only different perspectives give you the full picture.

The same applies to a frame. For some, it means orientation, focus, safety, or the rules for a good game. For others, a frame means limitation, restriction, regulation, or an inappropriate narrative. Both perspectives are valid depending on space, time, and the people involved. Of course, different perspectives are not alternative facts. A fire in the Carakum Desert is not a date grove. However, the meaning of a fact depends on our perspective. Behind some perspectives are needs. That is human nature. I want to dance, you want to dance. Shall we try it together? Not every step on the other’s toe is wicked intent. Sometimes it's clumsiness, sometimes it's even funny, and sometimes you've just made a really wild move yourself. Sometimes it's a wake-up call… When we forget how to share different perspectives, we see trees where there are elephants, we see division where there are similarities, and fears are fulfilled instead of needs. And in the end, we may only see letters where we actually can hear Meeronauten Musik!
