Continuing to operate at a creative peak Ziger aims squarely for a main room dance floor with ‘Pleasure’. Anchored by a warm, full bodied groove the energy is palpable from the outset. Phasing vocals and percussive flurries incite dynamic moments early, as astral effects add depth and a rare ravey tension. Carrying into the main break it’s an ethereal lead which descends over the cavernous centrepiece, elevating mood before an underlying drum roll launches you into euphoria's top floor.

The first interpretation of ‘Pleasure’ is provided by Fuenka who make their label debut. Based in London, Stuart Browne & Jimmy Lee make up the Fuenka production duo. Their unique take on progressive trance has already found favour with some of the world’s most prominent tastemakers in Above & Beyond, Aly & Fila and John OO Fleming; while landing them releases on JOOF Recordings, UV and Zerothree. Now making their first appearance on Eat My Hat the duo provide an inspired take on ‘Pleasure’. Taking a cue from the original Fuenka toughen up the groove with titanium coated kicks and a rippling underbelly. Energetic and foreboding in equal measure, it’s fiery rhythms are offset with solemn overlays and pensive arps, before a turbulent break segues into a powerful drop.

Rounding out the release and providing the second and final interpretation of ‘Pleasure’ are Juan Deminicis & Marcelo Dalessandro. The former hailing from Buenos Aires has been a mainstay of the progressive underground for the better part of a decade. Play and support from the genre’s premiere tastemakers Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Guy J have led Juan to showcase his music on Lost & Found, Replug and Sudbeat.  Also calling Buenos Aires home is Marcelo Dalessandro who began collaborating with Juan in 2018 with a release on Click Records. A contribution to Sudbeat’s ‘Showcrates’ Vol. 5 then followed in March of this year before a well received remix for Sounds Of Earth landed in August. Now capping off the release in style Juan and Marcelo deliver a tasteful take on ‘Pleasure’. The duo strip the groove down considerably for a spacious yet punchy vibe that carries a smooth hypnotic energy. Percussive splashes and a poignant arp segue into a driving second act, before ultimately melting down into a pulsating finale.  A classy remix from Juan and Marcelo which caps off a top notch offering for Ziger and Eat My Hat Music. Highly recommended.

'A rare moment of beauty saw Rudy UK release "All Things Fade" to critical acclaim in March 2019. With one set of remixes already riding high, a second now sees Australian and UK talents continue the story.

With exquisite attention to detail, a unique approach to his craft and creativity in abundance, Jamie Stevens has been a central figure in the underground dance scene for over two decades. Able to call upon a wealth of experience from his ground-breaking Infusion moniker and solo career, the two-time ARIA award winner has carved out a crevasse-sized niche for himself with his live performances and incomparable production work. Performances at the renowned Fabric in London and Womb in Tokyo have been added to a long list of gigs in New York, Moscow, Singapore and across his native Australia. Production work has seen Stevens light up the catalogues of John Digweed's Bedrock, Guy J's Lost & Found and Cid Inc.'s Replug, to name but a few. Now making his Proton Music debut, the aptly titled, "Jamie Stevens Golden Return Remix" takes "All Things Fade" in a scintillating club-oriented direction, heralded in the opening stages with its intricately patterned percussive groove and syncopated synth stabs. Progressing effortlessly, a warm glissando bassline slides across the lower frequencies while the sumptuous piano refrains from Rudy's original appear seamlessly at the breakdown and into the second half. The result is a wonderful new interpretation that perfectly illustrates Stevens' exalted status as an iconic name within the underground dance fraternity.

Austrian based, Dan Orsen, is an artist of considerable repute. As renowned producer and A&R head of Cid Inc.'s Replug imprint, the UK born producer has found himself at the vanguard of modern underground house and techno. A growing but highly prestigious release portfolio has seen Orsen release a variety of original and remix production material on the likes of Darin Epsilon's Perspectives Digital, Hernan Cattaneo's Sudbeat and a wealth of material on Replug. A regular on Particles and Proton Music, June 2015 saw the three-track "Elysium" EP make its mark on the former, while a quartet of remixes for the likes of Roger Martinez, GMJ and Matter have made a distinct impression on the latter. Adding to his portfolio, a fifth now sees Orsen rework "Real You" to mesmerising effect. Using the components from Rudy's original to superb effect, Orsen has created a striking club-friendly remix that utilises a dynamic rhythmic groove and heavy beat. A filtered arpeggio adds to the dance vibe before gated pads provide a moment of textured intrigue at the mid-point. Building once more through the arpeggiated phrase, the track blossoms post-breakdown into a richly layered affair that showcases a wealth of additional production work from the Orsen studio.

With vivid new remixes from Jamie Stevens and Orsen, Rudy's success with "All Things Fade" shows no sign of waning.'

Renowned for releasing a wealth of stunning original music, "Fall Particles 2019" continues the seasonal compilation series with seven new tracks from new and iconic artists alike.

Proton progenitor and a producer of legendary status, Biologik opens proceedings with "Lore". Beautifully sculpted from a host of modular equipment, a strong beat and gently pulsating sustained chords provide an elegant backdrop. A smooth lead-line then meanders across proceedings, building in power and detail to create a glorious opener. Iconic Greek artist, Kosmas, continues with "Under Control" using an intricate percussive groove as a framework for a rich, sustained bassline to play a substantial role. Effected vocal cuts add intrigue while a sublimely melodic motif ping-pongs across the stereo spectrum in delayed fashion while the bassline filter opens up in rasping side-chained glory to create a dancefloor destroyer.

A Sri Lankan and French partnership sees NOIYSE PROJECT and Cmb CruZz present "Naymaria" with pounding beat and rolling percussive rhythm. Textured pads add depth with intelligent chord progressions and ethnic vocal cuts revealing a world music flavour while melodic phases supply further dynamism as they develop into the third movement. Hitting the heights with "Sirius", Kostya Outta displays a mature production character. Hypnotic rhythms and offbeat percussion play alongside reverberated bass groove and pulsing pads sit tightly against a swathe of melodic elements. Full of dancefloor prowess, the Belarusian is a force to be reckoned with.

Striding out in solo guise, rising Brazilian artist, Dante Pippi hits hard with "Unruh". Immediately showcasing a club-friendly beat and epic bass groove, shaker led percussion adds dynamic flair. Evolving seamlessly, shimmering melodic motifs make their play as the track hits its stride post-breakdown in a powerful and dramatic offering. Argentinean, Julian Nates, continues the South American theme with the aptly titled, "Luminism". A hypnotic rhythmic framework forms the basis for a multi-layered glissando bassline to slide elegantly across the low and mid-range. A filtered arpeggio, muted in the early stages, then enters the fray through the breakdown and into the second half, reaching a rousing crescendo through judiciously placed snare rolls and white noise risers.

Debuting on Particles with the March 2019 "Border" EP, Hansgod closes with the immaculately crafted "Patchouli". A chest-thumping kick combines with metronomic techno hats while an intricately programmed arpeggio starts out as a muted percussive layer before opening up into rich melodic patterns that develop through extended delays and open filter. A pulsing pad adds further dancefloor character in the second half to intelligent effect.

Seven new tracks create a vivid palette of autumnal sonic colour in "Fall Particles 2019".
