Join us tonight with one of Detroit's hidden gems...Joshua Guerin aka Mister Joshooa.

An emerging figure in the city's new underground, already known for his talents as a DJ, Producer, Digital Creator and Sound Engineer. 

Having already featured on Carl Craig's Planet E, Joshooa's razzly retrovision of Detroit techno, given enough time and effort, could easily qualify him as a modern classic craftsman.

Mister Joshooa has worked with a number of local and international labels alike. 
He has released solo projects and collabs with 20|20 Vision, Planet E, Life and Death, Info Lines, Cryovac, Moteur Ville Musique, Mule Musiq and Party Store Records, just to name a few. 
Inspired by his love for vinyl and deep respect for music and production, he launched his own label, My Baby, in 2016 with Eric Ricker of Ataxia.

In my mind, Jamie has curated some of the finest and most elegant deep dub and immersive ambient music and to achieve it so consistently is truly impressive.   Particularly with his Silent Season project, I was introduced to many new producers with some of those then becoming part of my Verdant Recordings family.   

We've exchanged music and thoughts since the early releases of SS but this is the first time i've hosted a set on this cloud so undoubtably, this is a very special moment for me. 

I wanted "Dub Soup" to present music from across and beyond the dub techno spectrum and this set fulfills those aims superbly....    Thank you!
