Originally written as a poem during Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Month, it reflects on overcoming the loss of my brother Shawn and the traumatic experiences of my teenage years. Transforming the poem into music allowed me to express my journey from vulnerability to resilience. This song is a testament to surviving life's challenges and a reminder that despite everything, I'm still here.
