The legendary Secretsundaze, now led solely by James Priestley, is set to embark on an exciting new chapter in 2024. He has taken the project into a more focussed club-leaning lane, reflecting his vision through fresh solo productions under the Secretsundaze moniker. 

As well as this Secretsundaze marks a new chapter in the institution’s storied history with the foundation of the new imprint 9FINITY (@9finity-hq). The label aims to run with this descriptor through no-nonsense, discerning dance records from artists at the vanguard of modern club music. 

Making a statement with its maiden release, is a vinyl only V/A compiled with the considered curation synonymous with the Secretsundaze name. 9FINITY001 brings together the talents of Eoin DJ, DJ Life, Luca Attanasio, Coffintexts and E-Talking across 5 tracks and digital bonus that act as a distillation of the label’s sonic vision. The debut release, 9FINITY001, is set to drop on September 19th.

In celebration of this milestone and in true Secretsundaze style is the announcement of the 9FINITY launch party at London’s iconic Pickle Factory on September 28th. The event welcomes E-Talking and club favorite Lora Mipsum to the pickle spaceship, alongside Secretsundaze for a night of heads down, hands up dance music. On May 6th, New Jersey producer / DJ Jaw Jam will release The Truth EP, Tuff Wax Records’ eleventh release and first 12” pressing. The three tracks explore Jaw Jam's signature style; soft sine synth-work, unorthodox structures and elusive vocal samples that strike a balance between a deep reference to the club atmosphere and the producer’s engagement in jazz and improvisatory music. 

Released on a single-sided pressing with a stunning laser etched design on the flip, packaged in hand-screened recycled card sleeves, backed with a digi-EP featuring a freestyle inspired electro-pop remix with all the melody you'd expect from label honcho Lockah, and completed with a screwed opium-house rework from fellow rising Aberdonian Yoin.
