“When I signed SCNTST (Bryan Müller) he was about to turn 17 years old and by that time he was already making really good techno, house and breaks tracks. BNR released his first 2 EPs “Monday” and “Premelodic Structures” and he started touring the world. Within the following 2 years his production skills and taste developed into an open electronic sound which beauty is to combine basically anything possible. Bryan grew up in Germany outside of Munich and quit his school early to commit 100% to his love of making music. A stone thrown, just to watch it fly. A projectile launched for the sole purpose of drawing a ballistic trajectory in the sky.
The Solens arc is what remains after the subtraction of the goal; a simple parabolic curve defined by gravity, impulse and starting angle. No target to hit, no catharsis to wait for, just the beauty of the flight.

The Arc as the purpose, in the form of four variations, constructed from disintegrated melodic textures and dismantled beats. Each sequences are assembled seamlessly into dense, evolving compositions, while keeping their autonomy, and their role in the global dramaturgy.

Pointillist serial loops morph into abrasive rave anthems, broken club rhythms are refitted into uneven patterns, like deconstructivist sound architectures. Industrial techno stompers dissolve into granular sound waves and filtered space pads, before being overtaken by cinematic drums and rising arpeggios.

Solens Arc is Kangding Ray’s fourth Album for raster-noton.

Epidemie & Jacidorex - Organ Traffic

Le mercredi 17 juillet 1957, à l'aube, un bombardier de reconnaissance électronique RB-47H Stratojet de l'USAF, indicatif Lacy 17, se rend à Oklahoma City, avec 8 officiers à bord, dont le commandant Mac Clure, et le major Lewis D. Chase.

A 10500 m il est suivit par une grosse et intense lumière blanche / bleutée, comme le rappelle le résumé de l'AIAA :

" Un RB-47 de l'Air Force, muni d'un appareillage électronique de contre-mesures (ECM) ayant un équipage de 6 officiers, fut suivi par un objet non identifié sur plus de 1200 km pendant 1 heure et 30 minutes, tandis qu'il survolait le Mississippi, la Louisiane, le Texas et atteignait l'Oklahoma. L'objet fut à plusieurs reprises vu directement par l'équipe du poste de pilotage comme une très vive lumière ; il fut suivi par un radar au sol et déctecté par les appareils de contrôle ECM que portait l'avion. L'intérêt particulier de ce cas tient aux apparitions et disparitions constatées simultanément par 3 canaux distincts et à la rapidité des manoeuvres qui dépassait tout ce dont l'équipage avait eu jusque-là l'expérience 1 . "
