A. System Error
As the system collapses from within, System Error corrodes your innards like an infection spreading through corrupted code and decaying hardware. Peter Kurten, Air J & Section 63 deliver a precision assault of distorted breakwork and mechanical bass pressure, every hit dripping with tension and decay. Giving modern classic techy, stompy vibes, this is dark, underground drum & bass at its finest. Clean but dirty, raw but also baby is a bit sophis-timacated. The groove convulses, the subs grind, and somewhere beneath the noise, a pulse keeps fighting to survive. Perfectly aligned with the Therapy Sessions ethos: full on badassery and utterly uncompromising.

Scandium 21 emerges from the wreckage of a digital wasteland.... a cold, metallic pulse forged in static and ghost frequencies. Section 63, Air J & Peter Kurten sculpt a soundscape where the machinery never sleeps, only mutates. Super loving the distorted percussion that drives beneath layers of vaporous ambience and subterranean bass weight. Every moment feels suspended between order and collapse, just like modern humanity LOL sorry...couldn't help it.

It’s been a long time coming, but finally the Berlin duo New Frames makes their debut onto PRSPCT Recordings with a powerful four-track EP: PRSPCT332

Built by Mathis Mootz (The Panacea) and David Frisch, New Frames have become a driving force in the darker corners of modern electronic music. Their sound pulls from the roots of techno-rave culture, from its earliest sparks to its current state, by fusing those classic sounds with completely new twists.

Their music blends the intensity of industrial and hardcore but by holding up the momentum of techno and drum &amp; bass. This EP is the perfect example of genre-bending music, hard to keep in just one simple box, but held together by a focused, contemporary sound: Expect this EP to be tense, layered, and engineered with precision.

The finest 47 minutes of Bloody Fist's entire existence as a label occurred sometime in early 1997 on a forgotten week night, when a live set by Memetic (Ian Beckwith / Darren Blayden) was performed using two battered Amiga computers. This particular live set encapsulated perfectly the Bloody Fist sound and aesthetic of the time: hectic, rough, unpredictable, industrial, furious, crunchy, idiotic, surreal, defiant, smart-arsed and reckless. It happened at the legendary Hunter On Hunter Hotel in Newcastle, Australia and was recorded on a battered cassette, then released on Bloody Fist as FISTC-15, a split cassette with Fraughman later in 1997.

It has been ripped from the original deteriorating cassette and uploaded here for you and your poor neighbours.
