After her latest release “Waves” EP on Intacto Records, the non compromising producer reappears with yet another particularly strong release which is about staying grounded despite the constantly changing surroundings, thus, living in the here and now. “Road 777 EP” wanders through Shinedoe’s hypnotic, flanging and phasing sounds, intense bass lines and Detroit Techno vibes. The EP re-affirms her place as one of the most outstanding Amsterdam producers with this fat new house cut.

Shinedoe (real name Chinedum Nwosu) has had one of the most interesting career paths in Amsterdam's dance music scene. From being a fanatical club goer in the Dutch capital's golden age in the early nineties to becoming a prominent dancer in the various iconic (and late) clubs throughout the city, followed by her first official gig in pop temple Paradiso in 1994 to being one of the most formidable house producers in the country.

Beginning as a passion for the harder shades of techno music, Quail [ Animal Farm ] was born into the Glasgow clubbing scene 14 years ago. 
The now established clubbing institution found its big break by hosting their very first Sub Club event in 2009, booking a then little-known artist on a Monday night, Ben Klock. This inaugural event was a wild success, which laid the groundwork for a steady succession of events catapulting the Animal Farm brand into the global techno limelight, booking acts such as Rodhad, Kobosil, Cleric, Blawan, DVS1 Function, Marcell Dettmann, and Dax J, just to name a few from their extensive archive of past performers. 
At the helm of this wild success has been Quail, who has supported swathes of the global techno elite, and more than carved out his own space as a respected DJ in his home city and much further afield.

True Detroit Techno influenced title track “H2O Shifts” feels like a playful groovy dance between raindrops as they are pleasantly shifting through different layers of the sky. Tension is build up in “Unrevealed” as it takes a journey through swirls of a trance like state.  The bustling bass of “City Mantra” takes a trip through the different chaotic directions of big city movement but maintaining moments of unity while travelling within it. Uplifting the spirits in final drop “Artificial Era” while its deep synth stabs emerge in the warm, rhythmic groove.
