Agraba is definitely one of the main artists in Highway Records roster. After a long hiatus he's back on the label with a collection of new remixes of 'Phoenix' - mystic track with an interesting story behind it. It was produced more than 10 years ago, played by many DJs all over the world and marked Agraba as one of the biggest artists on the scene. At the same time 'Phoenix' was never officially released. Now this massive groover sees the light with brand new remixes made by Highway Records core artists Bu.Di, Dj Skif and Paysage, label newcomers Basaar and Kirill Borodulev, as well as mighty Mike Spirit and Asaga duo Come Closer, known for their previous releases on Renaissance and Mobilee Records, now making their debut on Highway Records with a huge reinterpretation of 'Phoenix'.

Mike Spirit returns to the controls of his Highway Records imprint with a long awaited original of his own. Teaming with old friend Thierry Tomas, the pair pay homage to an old French family favourite: ‘Le Petit Prince’. Time to hit the road. 

Mike and Thierry’s original bumps with a subtle broken shuffle while murmuring sweet acid nothings in your ear. Otherworldly pads and textures breeze in and out of the blend creating a sonic moonlit trek through the desert, rising and falling over the dunes into the distant. Invigorating and beguiling; it’s an immaculate return to form from the two Russians. 

The journey continues over the course of two remixes; Greek-in-Berlin Siopis thrusts us much deeper into the night with a stripped back trek into the densest of technoid clouds where all is not what it seems. Finally rising Russian talent Alex Adamov takes us through to sunrise with a voluptuous deep house wriggle to the groove and full focus on those alluring eastern instruments that are laced throughout the while package. 

Ain’t no way but the Highway. There’s nothing little about this at all.
