In this TEDx talk, O Foundation's co-founder Subhashish Panigrahi speaks about the OpenSpeaks community that he started. The community is currently working on digitally-documenting marginalized languages. OpenSpeaks is a OFDN project, and is an open and collaborative platform to build open methodologies, Open Educational Resources, Open Source software, and open datasets to preserve native languages.
