Orbita Parvati is thrilled to present you here the second chapter of the serie “Parvati In Dub”. After the first one, the Remixes by Vlastur in 2015, we have now 4 Parvati tracks remixed in Dub by Mexican producer Tor.Ma in Dub.
Rafael, this is the name of Tor.Ma, transitioned from Psytrance to the Dub path around 2004, a shift that is evident in his style: a solid Dub infused with psychedelic textures creating a new, dark and trippy, interpretation of steppers dub.
Besides his extensive music production Tor.Ma in Dub have previously remixed in dub several tracks from different Psytrance producers such as Ace Ventura, Loud, Jumpstreet, Tron and now he took the challenge to re-work  4 Parvati tracks with the aim of reinforce our Music vision  translated in Psy-Dub!
The EP’s 4 remixes are presented in pairs: the original remix and the “raw” version. The distinction lies in the raw version’s more direct approach, featuring fewer elements but a heavier use of sound effects.

AKA NINA, born and raised in Switzerland. 
One decade ago she found herself drawn into the heart of the techno scene in Berlin. This is where she dedicated her time to studying sound engineering and music production, and here she also started to DJ on a regular base.

Her music style varies from minimalistic dark and groovy beats to more intense and hypnotic techno. In both, her production and in her DJ sets, Nina aims to combine classic techno elements with psychedelic and organic sound design.

Representing xXETEXx, a well-established crew in the electronic Berlin scene. With plenty high-quality releases in her career with Soupherb Records, Occultech Recordings, Digital Structures, Padang Records, Pointzero Rec, Psy4Aliens, Zenon Records and Kafka Tempo.

Sangoma Records proudly presents “The Seed”, an anniversary special to celebrate our 100th release assembled by label heads Emiel and Daksinamurti. It features an all-star lineup from the label roster and friends to showcase the current state of the art. For this release, we collaborated with the fantastic Joe Vaux. It is a true honor for us to have Joe, a humble painter, and a director on the legendary Family Guy tv series, whose art is also used as the work of a character named Goliath on Syfy channel's Resident Alien.
