A barebones version of my DG Constallation Mix containing no samples from original themes, just the new tracks created by me for this mix.

Sunday's casting announcement inspired me to create a theme for Ncuti Gatwa's Doctor! It's a mix of previous Murray Gold arrangements for the theme-- mainly the 2005 and 2014 versions-- with some additions of my own! (I figure Ncuti's Doctor will have a brighter-sounding. and zanier theme.)

Expanding on the Series 1 recreation I shared recently, I tried my hand at making a "full" version of the arrangement, including Murray Gold's favorite part, the middle-eight! There's two different variants of it in here, so make sure to listen to the end ;)

I wanted to make a Doctor Who theme that broke the "rules" while still sounding good. Hopefully this is a new rendition of a song everyone is covering.

Dare Not Go - Doctor Who Opening Theme

This is a recreation of the most recent arrangement of the Doctor Who Theme, created by series composer Segun Akinola.

I've tried to mix the Opening Credits, Closing Credits, and Extended Credits variations together to form one "full" mix. Also, I've included a version of the original eight-bar bassline intro, inspired by a fan-edit created by YouTuber Aaron S. I've played around with the levels for the bassline and drums from Akinola's original, so that the main melodies are more bass-heavy, while the middle-eight is more drum-heavy like the TV version.
