A “Dangerous Mind” is one that cannot be easily distracted. It sees clearly, hears deeply, and moves intentionally.

Melted Symptom is a project focused on the "Dark Forest" musical genre. A project filled with liquid, molten sounds that spill through the psyche, leaving you completely dissolved in its actions. He currently works with Ibidelyc Recordings in Mexico, Santo Grau Records in Brazil, and Ome-Trips in Mexico. 
Alan Palacios was born in 1999 in Querétaro, Querétaro. He began his project at the age of 16, mixing Forest & Twilight. At 19, he created Melted Symptom and decided to create his own music, guided by psychedelia.

I invited artists who have been part of my journey in psytrance to create tracks that would be my gifts: each one carries a piece of history, affection, and shared trajectory.

This V.A. is an affectionate record, an encounter of worlds that have crossed paths in my sound and in my personal life. There are people who have been with me since the beginning and artists who came later to expand, add to, and open new eras alongside me. If my birthday party were music, this would be the sound of "Happy Birthday," and that was the intention of the album: to unite the beginning, the middle, and today in a single story.

“Play My Birthday” doesn't just celebrate my birthday. It marks a turning point, a rebirth, a new phase of my project and my life. And, like any good surprise party, this V.A. arrives with that feeling of:
“nobody was expecting this… and that's what makes it so enjoyable.”

Esse V.A é um registro afetivo, um encontro de mundos que se cruzaram no meu som e na minha vida pessoal. Tem gente que está comigo desde o começo e artistas que chegaram depois para expandir, somar e abrir novas eras ao meu lado. Se a minha festa de aniversário fosse música, este seria o som do parabéns, e essa foi a intenção do álbum: unir o começo, o meio e o hoje em uma história só.

“Play My Birthday” não celebra só meu aniversário. Marca uma virada, um renascimento, uma nova fase do meu projeto e da minha vida. E, como toda boa festa surpresa, esse V.A chega com aquele sentimento de:
“ninguém estava esperando por isso… e é isso que o torna tão gostoso.”
