Psynix is the night time psychedelic project of Nicola Oosthuizen signed to Mythical Experience Records, a female Psytrance DJane and Producer from Mossel Bay in the Garden Route, South Africa.

I fell in love with the psytrance scene in 2015 when I went to my first festival here in the Garden Route, in 2016 I started playing around with progressive trance as a hobby and for fun, under the alias Psychodelica. 2018 I decided to take DJing seriously and change my alias to Psynix, I felt it would suit me much more and also due to changing genres I felt more passion for and finding my own unique sound. I started producing my own tracks mid 2018 and been loving every second of it! I blast Night Time Full On, Forest Psy and Dark Psy. I bring an energetic, expressive, colorful sounding, uplifting vibe to the floor with playful, thick, groovy basslines.
