We welcome back Saved label favourite and one of Europe's leading DJ and producer's this month, Spencer Parker, who delivers his brand new single, 'Kiss'. 

Renowned across the globe for his unique style of House, Tech House and Techno, Spencer Parker's productions, remixes and re-edits have found homes on respected labels including Rekids, HE.SHE.THEY., Trick, Nite Grooves, Tsuba, Work Them Records, Warehouse Music and his music has been heavily supported by A-List DJ's Ricardo Villalobos, Radio Slave, Dixon, Gerd Janson and more! A firm favourite of label boss Nic Fanciulli's ever since he heard the track, 'Kiss' emanates Spencer's inimitable, signature sound. 

Sampling the infamous Sister Sledge classic, 'One More Time', Spencer adds his own spin on the sample incorporating funk laden drum grooves, enchanting mid-range synth melodies, crisply mixed percussion, playful bassline and a pulsating low-end, resulting in the perfect peak-time production, destined to blow up the club! As Warriors celebrates its fifth season at Sankeys Ibiza, residents Mark Jenkyns and Leftwing & Kody mix a double album composed of entirely exclusive tracks.

Throughout the 2016 season residents Mark Jenkyns and Leftwing & Kody will be regular fixtures at the events, which is why VIVa have tapped them up to craft two mixes exemplary of Warriors’ distinct musical aesthetic.  Turning heads ever since his debut on Hot Creations four years ago, Mark Jenkyns has since followed up with appearances on Rinse, Dogmatik, Leftroom, Resonance and Crosstown Rebels, not to mention collaborating with Inxec as 12 Stories with a release on VIVa MUSiC last year.

Jenkyns’ mix initiates with a percussive production from Leftroom founder Matt Tolfrey before erupting into lively material from names such as Resonance Records founder Max Chapman, Kreature, Tom Budden and including his own cut which is our Debut Transmission today ‘Sidewinder’ and finishing on a crunchy track from Josh Butler.

Paul Rudder and Hurlee link up once again to deliver a batch of soulful house anthems, this time with their 'Got To Be' EP via Flat White Records. Here Mixmag drops the exclusive premiere of the title track, an emotive ballad with pumping drums, addictive disco loops and an anthemic essence. This is peak time heat primed to give dancefloors a boost of energy!

The 'Got To Be' EP, which also includes a remix by Danvers, is set for release February 22.

Premiere: Paul Rudder & Hurlee 'Got To Be'

In 2019 Oliver Dollar made his Classic Music Company debut with the incredible 14-track collection Another Day Another Dollar. The album was an adventurous artistic statement, showing off a wider breadth and depth of sound than ever before, and was received with critical acclaim. Now three of the stand out tracks from the album get the remix treatment from some of Classic’s nearest and dearest. Opening the release, Classic founder Luke Solomon and the sparkling Honey Dijon come together to remix one of the stand out cuts, ‘John’s Church’. Originally produced in collaboration with German producer Nils Ohrmann, the pair intensify the steamy, gospel-tinged track, lacing in atmospheric keys and tension-building drops that take the dancefloor number to new dimensions. Up next, Snatch records founder Riva Starr drops his remix of ‘Crusader’, featuring Jason Hodges. Illustrating Riva’s signature dancefloor focused style, this transformative remix moves away from the stripped-back original, with a rolling bass and deep, swelling pads. Finally, Kelly G. delivers his Defected Dub of ‘The Delta’ to round off the release, taking the dreamy piano house of the vocal-led original and making it club friendly, with a bassline you can’t help but groove to.
