I first wrote this song, or a version of it back in 1990, the morning after the Poll Tax riots, live on stage at the Fleece and Firkin Bristol... luckily it was recorded and went out on a compilation entitled The Sunday Situation.
Following the students riots in London, I thought it time to update The Battle of Trafalgar Square and also change the title to 'For' , because we are fighting for our rights as humans.
