In 2015, Manu decided that he was no longer able to live his joy in music only on the dance floor and he put on his first own equipment. After some long, lonely nights, he was allowed to flaunt his skills for the first time and knew how to convince. Growing up with greats like Daksinamurti, Dsompa, Eritas, Terraπ, or Mico X, Rustlerfari made the dancefloors in the Giessen district quake, then became part of the “Laws Of Nature” crew and secured a place in the line-up in renowned sheds like the MuK or Till Dawn , In early 2018, he made the international entry and has been a DJ on the English label “Woo-Dog Records.” With his dark, impulsive sets he manages to thrill the audience from the first to the last second and we can all look forward to the future.

Another milestone in my career - getting to work with Goa Trance legend Olli Wisdom/ Space Tribe. A pioneering artist in not one but two Music movements since the 80's (Olli was also a formative figure in the Glam/ Gothic Rock scene as part of the band Specimen among others), he was a wonderful character to collaborate with keeping the coffee and interesting conversation flowing at all times.

Sangoma Records presents the EP “Un autre Jour Lointain” (another distant day) by Shenanigan based in Sweden. Marco Riipi was inspired by post-apocalyptic science fiction of the planet Nibiriu also known as Planet X. The atmosphere is perfectly visualized by the stunning art of Antoinette Stoll. The result is this 3 track EP, that includes a collaboration tune with our label-artist Rezonant. Shenanigan impressed us with his tight to the point production and his unique style. Taxonomy of the Psypien:
(Homo Sapien Psypiens- [psy-pɪˌɛn]) - A mammal of the primate order originally from Africa, that reached anatomical modernity about 200,000 years ago and began to exhibit full behavioral modernity around 50,000 years ago. In the late 90's he began to exhibit regular psytrance-listening behavior, and evolved into a producer in early 2012. 

Psypien is the project of Oliver Z/L, who grew up in the forests of Vienna, Austria, and now lives among the humans of Brooklyn, NY, by way of California. Psypien aims to create evocative, powerful, and unique psychedelic sound, merging 'traditional' forest & full-on approaches with the more 'strange' and experimental; a soundtrack for a realm outside time & space. His mission is to stir up the spirits inside you, while freeing your body & mind. (and makin you feckin dance! ;)
