That’s when the idea hit her: what if the only things that still looked alive were the ones that weren’t?
“Digital Sunflower” became her answer, a song about the numbness of existing in a world where beauty has no pulse.
It’s the sound of craving something real when you can’t tell what real is anymore.
The chorus came from a line she wrote in her notes app at 2:19 a.m.:
“Digital Sunflower, you are the one. Digital Sunflower, now look at what I've become...”

The track’s production mirrors that contradiction, warm chords buried under cold synths, a fake summer built from static.
It’s bright, but only on the surface.
Underneath, it’s about Addison realizing she’s not alive the way she used to be... She’s preserved, digitized, still reaching for a sun that doesn’t exist.
