Für viele war das Jahr 2020 das schlimmste was Sie jemals erlebt haben, was verständlich ist, da einige sogar Angehörige verloren haben oder selbst in Form von Jobverlust oder Existenzängsten eine schwierige Zeit erleben mussten. Auch für mich war es am Anfang der Kriese nicht einfach gewesen aber trotzdem ist dieses Jahr wahrscheinlich das Beste in meinem Leben gewesen. ich habe selten so viel Freizeit gehabt um mich mit meinem wahren Ich beschäftigen zu können. Ich habe sehr viele neue Menschen kennenlernen dürfen, die mein Horizont erweiterten und mir damit unglaublich geholfen haben die Welt mit neuen Augen zu sehen. Ich habe viele neue Fähigkeiten erlernt, wozu ich sonst nie Zeit gefunden hätte und am wichtigsten für mich war, dass ich mich in der Musik gefunden habe. Es hat mir unter anderem auch gezeigt, dass es im Leben nicht darum geht Karriere in einem Beruf zu machen der einen nicht einmal erfüllt, denn es gibt wichtigeres als Geld und Gegenstände, und zwar, dass man viel mehr auf seine kreative Seite hören sollte und das tun sollte was einem wichtig ist und vor allem was sich richtig anfühlt. Ich kann nur für mich sprechen aber das Jahr 2020 war das unglaublichste Jahr überhaupt. Es begann mit einer Geburtstags Party vom Basti Mosbach im Sommer in der Ehrenfeldbar, als er mich gefragt hatte ob ich bei ihm auflegen wollte und führte über einige Veranstaltungen Im Domhof, zu einigen wunderschönen Open-Airs am Rhein und endete mit einem eigenen Technokollektiv namens Serotonin, wo ich heute die zehnte Podcast Ausgabe präsentieren darf und super Stolz darauf bin, ein Teil davon zu sein. Serotonin hat eine Community für Künstler geschaffen, die einen besonderen Style in Köln vertreten und die uns nicht nur als Künstler sondern auch als Persönlichkeiten interessieren. Wie sagt man so schön, man trifft im Leben viele Menschen aber nur wenige Persönlichkeiten. In diesem Sinne, bleibt gesund und kommt gut ins neue Jahr 2021.

Monotrack - Serotonin [Podcast 010]

Six Dimensions stehen für aufeinander aufbauenden, hypnotisch - treibenden Techno.

Die Jungs kennen sich eigentlich schon seit der Grundschule bis sie sich mit 19 Jahren auf einer Technoparty in Frankfurt wiedergetroffen haben. Seitdem sind die beiden unzertrennlich, und zogen vor 6 Jahren gemeinsam nach Hamburg, um weiter Musik zu machen.

Kurz darauf wurden Terminal23, Veranstalter der RETOX-Reihe, auf die beiden aufmerksam und so gehören sie mittlerweile als Residents und kreative Köpfe zum Kernteam.

Danach nahm das Ganze weiter Fahrt auf und die beiden wurden zusätzlich Residents im Baalsaal. Nach einer aufregenden Phase dort entschieden sie sich Mitte letzten Jahres ihre Zeit im Baalsaal zu beenden um Platz für neue Künstler zu schaffen.

In den letzten Monaten haben sie ein Konzept für eine eigene Veranstaltungsreihe fertig gestellt (6D.). Parallel läuft die Zukunftsplanung mit RE:TOX, aber auch die ersten eigenen Produktionen sind in der Premasterphase. Ob es 2021 was wird können die beiden noch nicht sagen, aber sie sind guter Dinge 2022 die nächsten Schritte zu gehen.
