An underwater tale.

Through the tidal rhythm of the sea, Seegurke rises from the ground.
A sluggish body carried by the water, floating around.

Nearing the glittery surface, Seegurke whispers 'the guards are distracted, take me with you'!
'Breath in, hold it, breath out,' answer the currents.
'The power of attraction and sudden release will carry you away, on a seascape escape lit by three moons. See you soon!'

Swaying hence and forth
Unsteady waves are beating drums
Swelling surging, overflowing
Restless winds are humming songs
Underwater, Lieder travel faster than light
Roving through non-resting places

Only the hydrosphere has no center. It's a multiple of seas, oceans, and foam. Cold currents pushing from below, whipping up, evaporating, re-joining the flow. A surficial being going round and around. Obscuring the internalized tools of navigation that colonize the mind as they did the waters, because North/South, East/West, have no meaning when you gaze from the moon.

A memory of another journey rests within this journey through the oceans of emotions.
The water is cold, it swirls around my toes.
Sss nails like shells sink into the sand.

“In the first year of the pandemic, I started creating with and occasionally recording my modular synth at the end of the day between nine and ten at night. It was my way of decompressing and tuning out the stress of that period. Most of these tracks came out of that ritual of exploring my instrument. I usually only record something if the sound produces the same level of joy and excitement that I received from the process of discovering it, and I usually only release something if I feel that months later the recording is still interesting once the memory of and tactile imprint of the creative act is gone.” - JJR

How do we approach sensuality now during this weird time of no-contact and distance regulations? How can we talk about it without experiencing its physicality? Did your idea of erotism change? What is sexy for you? And most important: Can you translate it to music?
We want to feel sensuality, we want to share our thoughts out loud, dance in the name of it till we are damn sweating, and so on and so forth.
