Nightrun

This song is about the contradictions between how religion is practiced and its stated goals. Religion should be about spiritual development and unity with god, but in practice often turns into a standard for measuring yourself against others.

In effect purity culture and other negative developments in mainstream orthodox Christianity all about being better than other people, which defeats the whole purpose of the enterprise.

Listen to the biblical language in the song used to make the point, starting with the name of the song which is indeed a tower of babel reference :)

Conservative Pundit Steven Crowder makes a fool of himself while running away from a debate with left-wing radio host Sam Seder AGAIN. The whole thing was so funny I just had to make a song about it using samples from the interactions.

Ending the year with a reflective and meditative song.

Firewave

For me this is one of those songs where I feel like my whole heart has gone into it. I had to re-record it  and tweak it a lot to get it better and better. I never felt like it was quite good enough, but it weighed heavily upon me to know I hadn't finished it.

I hope this can be a sort of anthem for everybody who is working hard to achieve their dreams. Thanks for listening :)
