When you feel that you need protection, and a heart opener sing Rakhe Rakhanhaar. 

This mantra is in the Aquarian Sadhana that Yogi Bhajan gave in the teachings of Kundalini Yoga. It is at the very end of Rehraas, the evening prayer for Sikhs.

Yogi Bhajan clarified this sutra when he said we need to understand through compassion—instead of passion—or we will misunderstand. Passions are like tides coming and going. The mind can't be steady because the tidal waves of passion will always take the mind up, down, and all around.

Compassion is like a trade wind carrying you across an infinite ocean. "Turn your passions into compassion by feeling others are you and you are others.

Golden Ratio Frequencies are pleased to announce our 8th release, MIND GARDEN by POOL OF LIGHT. 

Pool of Light is the psychedelic drone project by Siberian born, China based musician, Anton Bogdanov, focusing on subconsciousness, tranquility states and a search for inner awareness.

Utilising an array of instrumentation such as guitars, synthesisers and loops, Bogdanov weaves a tapestry of cosmic folk drone, influenced as much by ambient post rock as by Gagaku music. 

Mind Garden, Bogdanov’s thirteenth release to date, and first for us here at Golden Ratio Frequencies, continues his path of reflective explorations with two side long excursions, perfectly conveying the experience of passing thoughts in meditation. 

“When meditating, one is exposed to thoughts, often chaotic and random in their appearance, but through practice one is able to let them pass, anchored by focus, mantra, or in the case of Mind Garden, sound, finding stillness and calm within the flow. This practice is often likened to maintaining a garden, a garden of the mind, where creativity and awareness can bloom."

With Mind Garden, Pool of Light takes the listener to serene tranquillity, perfectly reflected by the artwork’s photos of Zen Gardens taken by the artist in various locations in China, and the 45 mins of beautifully unfolding mind music within, that calls for stillness and centring. 

Physical copies are realised on professionally dubbed C45 cassette, with on body print, double sided full colour two page inlay, and acetate golden spiral.

Sunrise” Lemurian Sound Meditation in 432 Hz.
Basically, the meditation is about abundance and feeling complete. It brings awareness that you’ve got it all. All you ever wanted. All you’ve ever needed. It also intensively stimulates vagus nerve and balances nervous system.

Every sound that appears here is my voice. This is my way to refer to the primal methods of treatment when the vibration of human voice was basic healing practice.

432 Hz solfeggio frequency is the harmonic intonation of nature. Listening to 432Hz music resonates inside your body, releases emotional blockages, and expands consciousness. 432Hz music allows you to tune into the knowledge of the universe around us in a more intuitive way.

How to meditate using „Sunrise”:

Please, do not listen while driving.
Use headphones.
Just play „Sunrise” meditation.

If you need a deeper process:
1. Find a peaceful place. Take a comfortable position.
2. Ground by feeling connection with Gaia, if it’s difficult to do this energetically, just recall her beauty: all kinds of waters, plants, rocks, animals, recall all the beautiful places you’ve ever visited or want to go. Envision any picture that makes you feel: what a wonderful world, this place here - the Earth is the place I want to be, I am greatful to be here. The moment you feel gratitude, energetically, gently and tenderly connect to the heart of Gaia. The moment you feel the connection - you’re grounded. Play „Sunrise” meditation.
3. Imagine you’re on top of the mountain, and yes… you’re awaiting a sunrise. However,this time, YOU, yourself are the SUN that is going to rise. How about that? You are ready. You’ve got it all. All the light that you’ve ever wanted or needed. Feel the real aboundance. Feel it. You’ve got it all. You are the sun. Rise and go on shining.

Lemurian Sunrise Ceremony - 432 Hz Feeling Complete and Abundant (Sound Meditation)

On the heels of global quarantine and months of seclusion and inward introspection, the year 2020 continues to shake our very foundations to the core while offering seismic shifts in the collective consciousness. In reverence for the spirit of these times, Golden Ratio Frequencies is honoured to welcome West Coast Turtle Island Lekwungan Territory situated duo PJS to the fold, by way of their latest offering, PROTECTION. 

Despite forging a creative collaboration over a decade ago, the union of Patrick Dique and Jordan Christoff has only relatively recently begun to grace the wider world with their sonic tapestries. Since their 2018 debut “Sweet La Vie” (Leaving Records), the duo has released a cascade of over 11 creatively lauded works on labels such as Aural Canyon, Plus 100, Kudatah, Muzan Editions, and solo works with Salmon Universe and Constellation Tatsu, thusly earning them revered cult status amongst enthusiasts of ambient endeavours.  

Regularly featured on our Golden Ratio Frequencies NTS Radio show, it brings our label immense joy to host PJS new work PROTECTION, consisting of two side-long pieces of gorgeous, ethereal soothers, that have become the duo's signature staple.   

PROTECTION offers a subtle evolution in sound and sonic restraint, coupled with a delicate mastering by Matthew David McQueen (Leaving Records), delivering gentle waves of lush vapour-like texture, ebbing and flowing in and out of existence while enveloping the listener in blankets of calm.  
Washing over one in layers of shimmer and radiance, A-side “Terraces” transports the listener to spirit states of serenity, while B-side “Particles” holds one afloat in its phosphorescent haze--the pairing of these two tracks creating an inner world of aural iridescence in the mind's eye. 

  Like a gleaming crystal or a precious gemstone--seemingly both otherworldly and yet formed by metamorphism deep within our Earth's core-- these soundscapes are gifted to us as two sonic talismans, offered in peace and protection, at a time in our collective existence when we are most in need.
