Caldera by Raytheon is one of those tracks that leave your whole body shivering once you indulge yourself in this piece of art. When we released this track back in 2012. we could not have imagined the success it will reach. It went on becoming a true classic of Pulsar Recordings, people all across the world loved it to bits, even saying they would like it to be their funeral dirge.

Fast forward to the present moment and we are prolonging the life of this amazing track by releasing a re-mastered version along with remixes by the well-known producers Ahmed Romel, TrancEye & Farzam.

Ahmed Romel's remix comes in two versions, the first one includes a haunting vocal line by Laurence Fishburne from the Matrix movie while the second one is the instrumental version. Ahmed introduced new leading synths in this remix that gives Caldera a whole different meaning with those hard kicks and rolling basslines that sit beneath it making this track worth of a listen anytime.

PLH is a new name on Pulsar Recordings bringing us a track that features vocals by Gen L.  The production goes by the name Liberty and starts with dark twisted synths that soon lightened up as the new layers of sounds get introduced and vocal chops start tickling our imagination. The true beauty of this track comes with its lush breakdown where we hear inspirational vocals accompanied by overly emotional violin that is live played by Annie Ducharme to whom PLH has specially dedicated violin mix on this release.

On remix duties we have something for everyone to like, first stop is with Farzam, a producer who is proving why we keep hiring him again and again. His remixes are always powerful and he incorporates a lot of his own elements. Here he kept the original vocals but introduced new leads that will surely lift you on its feet once you hear his take.

Sensi is back with us after some time, showcasing his driving beats and vocal chops in the intro that all proceed to deliver a great reconstruction of the original breakdown. This time, the plucked instruments and violin go first as an introduction for the amazing vocals that soon start building up for one banging drop.

New Hero is making a Pulsar debut with his remix of the Liberty that starts with a very clubby, rock solid beats and driving basslines. The progression keeps up the momentum with the introduction of new elements at every step, from percussion and sublime effects to vocal passages. Talents from all over the world are getting their chance to showcase their productions to a wider audience, now Pulsar Recordings is heading east to India, where the producers going by alias Aftermorning present us a stunning emotional and uplifting track called Superlative. The intro is really banging, but the breakdown, now this is why we enjoy this music the most. It features ethereal voices and pads, melodies that carry us away and uplifting drop that unifies the great experience.

The remix is done by a producer with whom we worked on the very start of our label, Dave Cold. He gave it a more professional touch to the already great original, introducing acid elements and making whole production tighter. The Ashk One & Aynix - Autumn Dreams (UDM Remix)

Paul Hided decided to remix Keep Love Alive, one of our last year’s releases by Airzoom that was met with upmost, positive feedback. 

The remix in question is long almost ten minutes and will take you on a real trance journey where the intro has this great uplifting drive from the very start joined by the live played guitar of the Andi Vax that you’ll be hearing throughout the whole track. Once the breakdown sets in, it will ease everything, introducing the calm plucked instruments. It won’t take long before the almost silent pad sweeps in and introduces the amazingly emotional, guitar solo played by Andi, that proves once again with what kind of talent we’re dealing here with. The time has come to publish the first album compilation from one and only, Sound Apparel. A trance music producer whose musical capabilities go way beyond the norm, whose melodies will leave you inspired to the bone. This is the music of the 21st century, evolution in the making.

The album compilation is titled Magnum Opus and represents a first volume of the series where we are going to start with his oldest works. Specially for this first album release, Sound Apparel has produced a futuristic opening track simply called Intro, it starts with swirly synths that announce awesome things to happen from the first seconds you hit play, it comes as a perfect soothing prelude.

From here on you will be greeted with a remastered versions of some of his best works, starting with his first Pulsar release and a big hit among the trance listeners, you guessed it, it's Conventum. This track marked a turning point in his musical career. Once he was taken under the roof of our label in 2011, with a close co-operation and a careful guidance by our label owner Nicholas Antony, his works got introduced to a wider audience where he confidently went on producing some of the most outstanding, classically influenced trance tracks to this date.

The Magnum Opus album progresses with a bonus take of Conventum, provided by the talented Australian producer Immersiv, who successfully managed to remix such a complex and demanding track. The story continues with Sound Apparel's next hit, The End, a track driven by emotions of sadness and never tiring passing of time which we cannot stop, a true reflecting track for every human being.

The rest of the album contains selected best, first released works, which were published by Elliptic Records in 2010. Those include The Love That Lasts The Longest, Making End Of Heart Tale & Serenity, all with a new shiny mastering to them, revealing a true hidden beauty of his initial works. There is also one more track included by the name Fortuna Secunda which was circulating on the internet freely for some time and is now seeing its official release with a brand new remaster.

When we say Dmitry Bobrowsky it might not sound familiar, but if you're an avid trance listener, and think of trance as the next level of classical music, then you surely have heard of Sound Apparel.

This time he is back with a follow up to the magnificent 'Conventum', that went on becoming one of our strongest releases of the last year.

Now it's all about the 'Sadness' which comes in 2 versions, original and extended. Both are very similar, original mix is just little shorter and features a soothing intro, while the extended is the encore version.

Sadness can be described as a complex track with more then 1 main lead, featuring a real flowing sad story that just keeps on building from the breakdown. Dmitry surely managed to evoke some of the sad emotions in his breakdown, as his piano work is always outstanding and always hit's it where it should!

Sound Apparel is back. If you’re familiar with his productions, you would know what this means. This producer never fails to deliver the most tension-filled tracks, telling captivating stories through his music.

‘The End’ starts off with an emotional piano melody, but it quickly spins out of control into a dark and techy tune. And the abrupt pauses give the listener a feeling of being lost, confused: you know the song is going somewhere, but you don’t know where. Eventually, the synth rises and leads the way, giving the track a sense of direction, like a lost soul that has found its path. But just as it goes up, the synth falls back down. And the ensuing silence gets taken over by a melancholic melody that just lingers on, over the uplift and drop, continuing the feeling of being lost throughout the track. But Sound Apparel never leaves his listeners hanging. Towards the end, the synth pushes through in full force. Release at last… and calmness takes over.

This release is dedicated to all the victims of the Newtown tragedy.

After the release of his single ‘Romance Today’, Dominik von Francois returns to Pulsar Recordings, this time bringing with him a soft and tranquil tune.

The original mix of ‘Last Sunrise’ starts with a slowly-rising bass, paving the way for a dreamy melody that takes the lead in the breakdown. As it rings and echoes over the pads that provide an atmosphere of serenity, the melody progresses towards a perfect note and ends right before the uplift.

The Alexey Ryasnyansky remix is a more energetic version, with pumping kicks and a driving bass that provide a backdrop for a rapid melodic loop as it rises. When it reaches its height, the loop is joined by a harmonious synth that moves towards a melody equally as serene as the one in the original mix.

The breakdown in this version features a chorus of echoes that takes the lead before the melody comes rushing back and moves towards a tension-filled uplift that ends in a perfect drop.

Please welcome 'Snowflakes', a trance music producer from Germany who now makes his Pulsar debut with an outstanding uplifting track called 'Lost Love'.

This work starts strong, with big beats and driving bassline, soon giving way to the euphoric synths that get us hooked for the rest of the journey. In the heart of this track we are welcomed with emotional string pads coupled with the most beautiful melodies.. the love that once was lost now seems to be found again. It doesn't take long for the uplifting beats to take over and carry us straight into the heavens itself.

French Skies returns to Pulsar Recordings following the release of his single ‘Hieroglyph’, this time with an EP, entitled Calista, comprised of two original tracks and a remix.

The title track of the new release is a fast-tempo’d emotional tune that takes off with a looping melody. Slowly moving towards a drop that brings in echoing sounds, the tune eventually turns to a calm piano melody accompanied by orchestral instruments in the breakdown.

During the uplift, the melodic loop jumps back in, rapidly rising towards the skies and leading to a drop that will get the listeners pumping their feet to the beat.

Blue Tente’s take on the track is an even more emotional and uplifting version, with an underlying bass, and a sharp piano melody that leads the way from the get-go and into the melodic loop, followed by a heavily-instrumented emotional breakdown - all building a smooth journey that leads straight into an epic, mind-blowing uplift. Following the drop, the piano melody comes back in, slowing the listeners towards a calm stop.

‘Sun Dream’ is a more tension-filled track that starts with a driving bass and is slowly taken over by a synth that constantly rises and leads towards a bright, upbeat melody. This is followed by a short breakdown that slowly moves towards the climax as the synth and bass return, leading to a heavy drop, bringing back all the sounds that dance in chaotic harmony.

Gordon Schissler a producer from US that hides behind the New World alias is becoming a star on his own. All avid trance listeners should be aware of this musical genius. What Gordon did here with Infite’s ‘True Love’ is simply stunning! The overly emotional piano that is the heart of the original is now even more emotional thanks to him, with longer main theme and more classical instruments that perfectly flow with each other - the string sections will lead you straight to trance heavens as you enter the uplifting parts of his work. Veteran star of Pulsar, Sound Apparel, returns to the label with yet another forward-thinking, unique track that will take the listeners on a journey like no other.

‘Victoria’ starts with an upbeat piano and drum instrumental, before it quickly turns dark and eerie, with psy-influenced echoing pads and percussive sounds that lead towards a heavy drop after drop and into a massive rise.

Slowly, the piano comes back out from below, moving along with the overlapping synth, both eventually collapsing and leading to another drop, where the synth struggles to come back on top in this battle of sounds, moving towards a heavenly release, where the piano comes back in full force and takes the lead in the breakdown, accompanied by a full orchestra.

The uplift in this tune is slow and full of tension, making the listeners hold their hearts in anticipation. But as always, Sound Apparel delivers a climax that makes the listeners open their arms and fly away with him.
