Spring 2023 is shaping up to be Tzusing season, with appearances at Manchester's The White Hotel (where he'll make his debut in the city at a party with the PAN crew this evening), Rewire and Lyon festival Nuits Sonores all taking place in the coming weeks. This playful selection of hard drum, hip-hop edits and other dancefloor weapons plucked from his current club set rotation makes it easy to see why.

Anyone who’s ever heard a set from carin kelly knows how easily the Rinse FM resident glides from rhythm to rhythm. Influenced by both UK and US bass music, her percussive sets are vibrant, simultaneously exploring depth in textures and groove, and catches dancefloors off guard with her ingenious blending of tempos and genres. 

This week the French DJ is at the helm of our mix series and delivers a brimful 60-minutes of bass-heavy goods. “Pluralism of rhythms have always been a major key in my sound, and I obviously wanted to work on it on a podcast serie named "Rhythmic Culture". It was important to put together a bunch of my references and inspirations in term of music—especially of rhythms—going back and forth between deep and warm grooves, fast and slow, complexity and minimalism.”

We are excited to announce our next guest mix from Final Object!  We have the privilege to be able to work with her on a regular basis.  DJing many of our Symposium Records events - she always brings the latest dance floor bangers across genres.. especially some seriously good techno!

Final Object is a DJ and producer living in Providence, RI. Her live and DJ sets borrow from the sonic language of jungle, techno, hard tek, and dub, braiding sludgy rollers, broken voices, and rubber kicks into a technology for dance floor catharsis.

She also runs the occasional mix and radio series anti-alias.

Her mix for us oscillates within the 100/200 bpm zone.  Starting slow, it quickly pulls the listener into controlled chaos.
