I've already done a piano cover for this song from Donkey Kong Country, but decided to do a proper arrangement with orchestral sounds. I used Garageband for all of the melodies, and Soundminer for the underwater ambience.

Anyways, I got inspired to do a series of compositions based off my alias, Pumpkin King. I hope to continue this. Normally with concepts like this, I never finish them. But I think I will continue this since I really enjoyed doing it. I am always coming up with more ideas with this concept.

Part 4 of The Legend of Pumpkin King:

They call it "The Reaper of Notes", an ancient weapon and instrument that can put even the most ruthless of warriors to rest through its charming sound. However, without the reaper in Pumpkin King's possession, it is merely a timeless artifact. Sound will not project from the blade.

His pendent glows as bright and niveous as the mountains in the distance. Yet, the closer he approaches the mountain trails, the more steadily the pendant dims. When Pumpkin King finally reaches the origins of the trails, the pendant, once as luminous as the glare of his eyes, becomes as tainted as the skies above.

All That Matters Is Me

Haven't done a DKC cover in a bit... Well I took a different approach to this one compared to my other arrangements. A little more in your face, hah. And not so note for note compared to the original. I wanted to see how I could really differentiate it with the source. Definitely a cool song and I may keep doing more DKC arrangements once I figure out a good one to do.

And I MAY redo some parts to this song. So if it's no good, stay updated for changes.
