PUNCTUATION is an ongoing project by Smith Comma John, releasing one free song every Monday in 2015; 52 songs in total. 

The premise is simple: start a song, work it out, polish it up, complete and release it all in seven days time. The songs are to be seen as 'week-long diary entries' if you will, a snapshot of the creator in that very moment. Styles will shift drastically, quality may teeter between tracks, and lengths will vary from week to week. 

The goal is to keep a schedule and set up some form of structure for releasing music, to learn to let go of single songs as opposed to coddling them for months on end. It's a personal struggle to have a steady stream of music coming through, so hopefully this project will help alleviate those pains.

The project started on January 5th, 2015, and concluded on January 3rd, 2016.
