Rihaa

Indian Band Experimenting with Sub Genres of Rock & Metal Music, Alongside Fusing Grunge, Rap & Electronic music with Classical Indian Sitar hooks. 
Formed by lead vocalist Deepak Nair (Dean) in Germany 2003 as Guru, the band is presently based out of New Delhi, India.
EMI Virgin Records, India released the bands debut & self-titled album in 2008.
PUNKH was later featured on an international compilation album by EMI Music, France : 'Voyage au coeur de l'inde' [Songs from the heart of India] and the Compilation Album India Rocks Vol -1 by Virgin Music, India in 2009.
Dean undertook frontman duties for Bandish (2009-2011) and was featured alongside popular singer KK and master percussionist Pete Lockette on the bands 2nd album with Universal Music, India.
PUNKH's second album Karmah saw a digital release by Hungama Media in 2014.
The songs from Karmah were recorded and produced in Germany by reputed nu-metal producer Marcus Tescke.
