this is shapeton. he used to be the number one children's performer back in 1997 and not look deformed, but then he got burned it a tragic balloon explosion. One night, while in the hospital, someone had broke in. the police were unable to catch the intruder but in the morning shapeton was gone. he was missing for about a week before he returned, running around and giving "performances" to children. these performances would leave the kids traumatized and unable to talk. shapeton was eventually arrested on July 6th, 2006. basically your average analog horror antagonist.
edit: btw his light world equivalent is a cheap arcade prize capsule
