PI02 is the contribution of the Serbian duo, Ontal, to the Pi electronics series. The EP delivers 3 original tracks and a remix by the legendary duo Orphx from Canada. Expect hard hitting percussions and stormy bass lines; like Boris and Darko on their nastiest and most destructive day.

Orphx reinterpret PI02.1 with an exceptionally produced remix offering an industrial-noisy flavoured beast to greatly compliment the three original tracks. Pi Electronics returns with its second release and new faces in the label’s growing roster.

The artist expresses himself freely in the sonic spectrum and floats from one side to the other like no other. This record was built to make you wonder, question, inspire, but more than anything open your mind to something you might have heard only from very few artists in the world.

b.mod is a young Italian producer based in Glasgow. After providing a great track such as "Plastic Bodies" in Sticky Leaks Vol.2 (STG012), he gets the main stage opening 2019 tape releases for Sticky Ground. The EP is made of 4 original tracks (Expatriate, Sly Me, Messy Streets, Diluiting Waves) + 2 remixes and its a deep trip into his very peculiar and beautifully crafted sounds. The beats are always very tight and groovy, different in each track but keeping the great flow going throughout the EP, all surrounded by particles and echoes that make b.mod's sound so recognisable and unique. All is wrapped up with Sancta Sanctorum's banging version of Expatriate and Syrette's broken and nasty rework  of Messy Streets. Definitely one to dig deep.

Today we present you a young talent from Lyon city, in the south of France. Co- founder of the label @rafalerecords with his friends Faact, he has been producing for now 6 years, and is still pushing it even further.

Assembling raw chords and melodic pads with touches of industrial and acid sounds, L'Ätlas created its own strong sound footprint.
This rigorous approach led him to play in various hot spots of south of France such as the Demain Kollektiv parties.

On his side, Faact provided a chaotic remix with striking broken-beats and heavy percussions. Definitely an artist to watch for.

The Brvtalist is thrilled to premiere, “In the years of salt lands”, a new track by Berlin-based producer and YGAM label founder Ōtone.  The track is part of a V/A compilation from the label titled, From Our Future Selves, which features 11 different artists such as Zagam, Nina Pixel, Diasiva, Forest People, cplt and many more.  The 12 track project is the label’s first various artist compilation and it was put together with all proceeds going to support Friends of the Earth - an organization aimed at challenging the current model of economic and corporate globalization, while promoting solutions that help to create environmentally sustainable and socially just societies. 

“In The Years Of Salts Lands” kicks off with cold industrial beats, accompanied by repetitive metallic frictions creating an oppressing atmosphere. The second part of the track explores a more rhythmical aspect of techno with slight break beats thus delivering a nearly tribal effect.
