this is the very first piece of music I ever recorded with the "shredder synth" ipad application for guitar.  I took a stock patch, and made some modifications to it until it sounded the way I wanted, and then tested it out by recording a file directly as a wav file in SONAR.  at mixdown, I took four iterations of the piece, and applied no reverb to the first one, 30 percent reverb to the second iteration, 50 percent to the third iteration, and 70 percent to the fourth iteration, so that the level of reverb gradually increases as the piece goes on.  this was then duly mixed into the final form you hear now.

using audiobus, I quickly created six different loops, all made with my recently expanded animoog synth app - I then spent one minute adjusting amplitude, one minute adjusting the pan of each track - and this is the resulting mix.  no other effects or processing - just the pure sounds of the animoog synth - which is the jewel in the crown of ipad synthesizers.  six loops...a sixth sense...OK, it's a stretch, but it works for me.
