The EP includes two acoustic versions of his previously released singles ‘Hold On To Me’ and ‘and (We Don’t Have To) Walk Alone’. The singles have been on radio rotation at several stations in the U.S., including LA 88.5 FM ,KTAO(NM)Birch radio and LGBT station Bear radio, They reached  #1  spot on 102.1 WOW (MI)and  KTLZ Mix93 (MT) . Walk alone was played on Train Tracks (Sirius XM)The EP also includes a Nashville-style mix of ‘Walk Alone’, that features Nashville’s own steel guitarist, Smith Curry. Curry’s playing can be heard on recordings by Jason Aldean, Kelsea Ballerini, Billy Currington and Taylor Swift. BAYWUD will also share one of his latest songs, ‘Where Was I Then’. The song is about finding the beauty inside yourself, embracing your individuality, and accepting all of our unique differences.  It reminds us to ignore the haters, lead with love, and keep marching forward with our heads held high.

‘No Friend of Mine’ is a song about the struggles we encounter with our own internal demons.  It was written about a time in my life when I had lost hope and was quickly heading towards a dark path filled with shame and self hatred. I didn’t recognize my own face amidst the haze of a deep depression.  The song is really a message to pay attention to those dark moments in our lives where we close the doors to our hearts, and lose control of our own power.  It’s reminder to never stop loving yourself and all the flaws that come with.  We are and will always be the creators of destiny, and as torturous as it can be at times, in the end, all you have is yourself.  You enter this world all alone, and you will leave this world alone.  So keep loving yourself harder than the day before.
