Health is the first single from everybody’s new favourite band Parsnip. The track is lifted from their debut self-titled 7”, which will be out November 10th on Anti Fade, just in time for a national tour of Australia as part of Gizzfest. Parsnip are four girls from Melbourne whom have only been around for a year, but have certainly kept themselves busy during that time, playing plenty of great shows in Melbourne, as well as the rest of Australia on many stellar lineups. Posting this little instrumental Demo I played around with and recorded towards the start of 2018 while sat here in London Town missing my instruments. It's a mix of ideas, rhythms, and improvisations based around two or three chords, which I decided to keep together to preserve the magic captured at the time of recording :)
