Purpie paced at the helm, his fingers wringing in anxious knots. With a measured breath, he stared out the navigation bay window, watching the iridescent crystals floating, weightless atop purple clouds. They brushed the helm with shrill tings; a melodic ringing.

A pulse moved through the ship, shaking the Purpians from their feet. As they braced themselves, all eyes turned towards the Sound Waves Tree Sapling. Its song was strong, even when removed from the village. It harnessed the song of the crystals, internalizing their power until it was needed.

For where their war party was headed, it certainly would be.

The Final Showdown

Purpie faced the towering Final Boss, its shadowy form pulsing with chaotic energy. As it unleashed a wave of distorted sound, Purpie raised the glowing Sound Waves Tree Sapling, its rhythm harmonizing with his heart. With a single strike to the ground, the sapling erupted in a blinding cascade of light and sound, silencing the chaos. When the dust settled, the Final Boss was gone, and harmony had been restored.

Purpie turned to the Purpians, their faces filled with hope. Together, they stepped forward into a new rhythm, one of peace and unity.

The notes radiate from its spiraling, ever-growing branches, and infuse our souls with its life-giving tones. 

This tree, Sound Waves, is sacred to our people, for it is the webbing that holds together the Purpieverse. With each musical sway and beat, we feel our connection to the Purpies and the people that live there grow. 

Our spiritual guide, a respite for our being. The Soundwaves Tree must be protected at all costs.

Light Drops:

It was a new sound.

The survivors turned their weary heads towards the Sapling, which sprang forth from the planter and glowed with flashes of vibrant purple.

Each pulse of energy seemed to mimic the now-faded song of the Sound waves Tree, but it was...different.

New.

Revitalized.

The white masks of his people waved in unity.

Purpie turned his eyes upwards, following a beam of purple energy that erupted from the Sapling. Hundreds of brilliant stars overhead began to shake, and one by one, they fell from the sky.

Dark Breeze:

The Sound Waves Tree swayed in the dark breeze weaving through its branches. Purpie and the Purpians sat at its base, their eyes turned to the sky. 

The normally-black expanse was speckled with brilliant light, marking the arrival of the Sky People. With wings made of the void, they wanted nothing more than to consume. The Sound Waves Tree stood resolute, a beacon to satiate their hunger. 

It was a relaxed night when the assault began. We were taken by surprise as the dark monsters crashed from the sky. Brought to our knees, we didn’t stand a chance. We were outmatched.

Dark Breeze

The Purpians built no throne. There was no coronation.

But the moment Purpie stepped into the village square, the rhythm shifted. The new Sound Waves Tree—rooted deep where the old once stood—sang a different song. One of healing. Of rebirth.

The people didn’t kneel.

They danced.

Not for a king, but for a kindred spirit who had carried their hopes through darkness and brought them home.

The crown was not gold. It was the trust of his people, the harmony of their voices, and the legacy of the Sound. A rhythm only he could lead.

Crowned not by power. Crowned by purpose. Crowned again.

The silence after victory was deafening.

No more cries of battle. No more crashing distortion. Just the soft hum of a world trying to remember its own voice. The Purpians gathered around the crater left by the Final Showdown, eyes wide as dawn cracked open the sky.

From its heart, Purpie rose.

Scorched but standing. Changed.
The darkness that had once clung to his shoulders slipped away like vapor. Each step forward was a reclaiming. Each breath, a new verse.

The Sapling pulsed in his hand, not just as a tool of triumph—but as proof of survival.

He hadn’t just won.

He had returned.

Out the shadow. Into the sound.

Ascending to the stratosphere with his melodic synth work and reverberating basses, Purpie has developed a danceable style steeped in with deep emotion and sound. Born in the Purpieverse, Purpie has been heavily influenced by nature and the adventure that coincides with it.
