Coalescing a solid bassline that has a catchy and infectious groove with a collection of hi-hats and percs, 'Ringside' starts off will full-fledged energy before catching a melody that allows one to get lost in their thoughts.

A.S.R. follows up with his version that contains a bit heavier bassline and more rapid pace geared to erupt dance floors all over the world. Hailing from Pakistan, A.S.R. has seen features in DJ Mag and releases on Snatch!, Armada, Krafted Digital, and many more. Finishing up this EP is Camille who is following up his first release 'Canadian Cowboy' that came out on Toolroom's Amsterdam 2017 Compilation. Residing in London, he has played at Egg London and Ministry of Sound.

AXIS - Ringside (ASR Remix)

UnFit comes forth with the 3rd release on Justin Blanc's new imprint, Purple Tea Records. UnFit is the new duo consisting of John Who and Brazilian producer IYFFE/Alex Mind.

The 'Hello' EP begins with the title track, 'Hello' which begins with the all too familiar kick and high hats before taking on a funky and groovy bassline that builds and builds before truly taking form. 'Hello' then adds slight undertones and a melodic fixture before building again that surely will have the dance floor erupting in delight. 

The 2 track EP continues and ends with 'Boredom' that surely will not have you feeling bored. The track begins with a catchy bassline that has that funky and dirty element that we all seem to love so much. The bass comes packed with lots of energy without being too overwhelming and overbearing.

Forteza. His A-Side EP will be available everywhere on July 20th, 2018.
The A-Side EP is the sixth release from Purple Tea Records.

The Sound is a groovy late night banger with infectious arp's perfect for a late night set, coupled with some undeniably latin percussion.

A-Side is an acid-influenced track. The dissonance of the breaks creates a unique atmosphere before bringing back the big drops and thumping grooves.

tracks. Label regular AXIS and Lithuanian duo Two Figures team up for this mid
summer mini sampler. Out exclusively on Beatport August 17th, 2018.

The labels resident Swede and all around good guy, AXIS gave us the gift of percussion with this one. FonkE is chalked full of groove, this roller is just a feel good dance floor filler, and has been scientifically proven in our lab to be effective on 99.95% of dance environments.

Label new comers Two Figures’ House Streets, is a sassy little number the eerie mono lead that gives it a deeper feel, before dropping itself into a peak hour banger filled with goodies like sexy vocal chops, but most importantly cowbell. This one has also undergone rigorous scientific testing in our lab, and gets the rating of “Delicious with hints of Dark Aromas”

Axis - FonkE (Original Mix)

The lads are back at it again and this time they brought with them some brass
in this 'horny' EP. This thing grooves right on through. It is chalked full of mesmerizing grooves that lead up to the epic brass solos.

This batch is rather spicy, with hints of cinnamon and other warm latin notes.
The 'original's' percussions and warm leads are perfect for a hyped up crowd needing a sexy break between two slappers. The infectious leads are surrounded by driving percussions, allowing for this to be a peak time surprise. It is best consumed before 1 am, as it might not let you sleep otherwise.

The remix is a nice take for label debutant Morsy, who brings a darker roast to this one. The stripped back nature lets us hear Morsy's textures and synth work. This particular brew is a late night buzzer that pays homage to the upbeat personality of the original itself.

Sonickraft - Crusade (Morsy Remix)

Where the party you ask? Just ask Mike Mac, he knows. Big daddy Mac is back with a new track. His second release on the Canadian imprint promises to yet again be a right slapper.

An infectious top line and a gritty, stripped back percussive bass line are the signature notes of this “party” batch.

This tea is best consumed when things are starting to get heated up in a set, it’s a great stepping stone from intro to peak hour. It will let the dance floor know that the business is about to start and playtime is now over.

We came, we saw, we partied. You want an equally infectious track that can be used as a weapon for the later part of the peak of your set, we got you. Purple Tea would like to welcome Mr. Oz to the family. This track is so well produced you can see it shine from space, and you’ll feel like you’re there also, with the alien synth work and rocket ship drums.

Wait theres more you say!? Yes. Label legend and all around nice guy Guille Fortezza is back with a vengeance. Giving it his usual latin twist, teching it up a notch. The saws and squares give the top line a whole different feel, making this brew feel more urgent, while the baseline while keeping in form with the original chugs along at a whole different speed. This is a great track to play in between two absolute bangers at peak time without losing energy, it lets the head nod while the legs can take a break.

Mike Mac - Where Da Party At (Original Mix)

Infectious synth arp melody with clever filter play? Check.

Drums so “thicc” that your girlfriend gets jealous if you’re playing the track in the otherroom without her? Check.

The “twiglight zone” melody somehow make this track extremely upbeat, this track is quirky from beginning to end. The boys at Sonickraft really didn’t mess about while brewing this batch. We like to think this to be the perfect track to close any emotional set you’re jamming at. This track really stands on its two legs and demands respect. It’s a proper tune.

It's a straight Four to the Floor groover. Techy question-answer percussions, funky driving bassline, followed by a serving of infectious vocal textures, accompanied by a high energy top-line, with imposing break downs and urgent hi-hats.

This one isn't reinventing the wheel but it will still make you spin.
