Recently, Leanu has been making waves in Timișoara, performing for some of the most respected local crews such as Monoform, Unde, Outlawz, and Rave, bringing his signature minimal touch to every event. His journey doesn’t stop there – he’s also played internationally, delivering unforgettable sets for Sucio at Bulbul Berlin and Firefly in Manchester, proving that his sound resonates far beyond Romania.

Blending Romanian minimal roots with global influences, Leanu’s sets are all about energy, groove, and precision – creating moments that stay with you long after the music stops. Whether on a local stage or an international one, he’s always about good music, good vibes, and telling a story through sound.

He really got deeper into the music and the artists who made the music when he went to house parties in Amsterdam. During that period he also started collecting and playing records.  

The idea for this mix was to focus more on the deeper side of his music collection and to showcase the tracks that he would play in a warm-up set. The mix contains a lot of tracks with rolling basslines and dubby sounds. There is also a new, unreleased track of Link included in this mix as a little bonus. Hope you enjoy it!”
