This guy have delivered us a massive three track release with intense grooves and sweet melodies. In "Illusion" we have a solid groove that increase his intensity with the lead/synth that slowly grows with an hypnotic feeling. Around minute two another hypnotic but more energetic synth, comes in. We have violin style melodies in the break till the drop comes. You will feel like in a Illusion game. In "Chimera" the groove starts already with melodies that are more sweet but very sexy, than a distorted bass comes in creating more energy on the going. A huge lead will drive you into a great drop, this track like the Chimera's body combines different sound landscapes and designs parts. The last track is "Activity Level 1" the more electronic track of the EP. Robotic vocals and electric vibes will shake your body. Madloch's Crossfade Sounds is pleased to welcome back Oldschool Dubtechno .Producer for their second appearance on the label, presenting the Book of Palaces EP. The project is the creative alliance of Siberian brothers Alexander Kotlov (X_FR) and ENERCUBE, co-founders of the influential PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB label and podcast channel. With a shared vision rooted in the landscapes of their homeland, the duo has cultivated a sound that fuses rugged atmospheres with meditative depth, embodying the philosophy of contemporary dub techno while retaining a timeless old-school spirit.

Following their 2024 debut Shadow Astrology EP, Oldschool Dubtechno .Producer now unveils four new originals, each carrying their signature balance of weight and subtlety. Opening with Epiphysis Cerebri and Prince of Angels, the duo establishes a framework of immersive grooves and shadowy textures, before venturing into Rahatiel Stargate, a track marked by expansive layers and hypnotic drift. Closing piece Sefer Hekhalot encapsulates the essence of the release, offering a spacious, contemplative journey that lingers long after its final tones fade.

With Book of Palaces, Oldschool Dubtechno .Producer continues to expand their narrative within the Crossfade catalogue, reaffirming their role as architects of the Siberian dub techno sound while offering a release that resonates equally on introspective and club-focused stages.
