For this remix pack, we attracted friend of the family Raphael Mader for a truly epic breakbeat extravaganza, which takes the original into completely new territories. Uncanny and unique, just how we like it.

Black Peters known from his releases on Afterlife and Oddity gives a more noire edge to The Age of Innocence. Gritty bass-stabs cut through the mix like a cleaver.

Voices of the Valley bring this ethereal quality to the mix, with melancholic chords and counter-leads to accompany the original.

With the continuous expanding sound of Pursuit, we recently reached out to our fanbase for an exclusive remix-contest partnering with Ableton and Lessons in Live. With a community of creators, were overwhelmed by all the successful tracks we received.

Our pick for the win is the talented Tensive Line! Tensive Line came through with unique sound-design, completely overturning the original into something brand new. Mesmerizing and wondrous, a worthy edition to this remix pack.

'For the 30th release of Infinite Depth, no one less than Brian Cid makes his debut on the label. The American bred and Berlin based producer has a very impressive discography and shows his darker side through this 'Rise To The Fifth' EP. The collection includes three storytelling originals with terrestrial atmospheres, guiding you to an unknown dimension.

The EP starts off with 'Alma De Monte', which means mountain soul. Around the organic kick and percussion, spacious elements are taking shape. Throughout the track these elements are generating a rising tension, which gets strengthened by a screaming sound of the mountain's soul. 

The next stop towards the unknown dimension is 'Mar Adentro'. The intergalactic, but still organic atmosphere gives you the feeling of being surrounded by a world bigger than ours. The earthy sawing synth in combination with the trippy higher details, makes you keep your feet on the ground, but brings your head into that mysterious and infinite world.

'Rise To The Fifth' gives you that extra push into the unrevealed fifth dimension. A dimension which a human mind is not capable of imagining. The stronger lower part of the track and celestial aspects are creating this journey toward the fifth. When arrived an unidentifiable sound welcomes you.'

Monarke, now a major mainstay, returns to the Steyoyoke imprint with this haunting and daedalian release, “Liberate”. This potent 2- track EP tells a spacey story, whose ambiance will surely have you flying and ping-ponging amongst the clouds.

The first of the two tracks, “Liberate”, sets a motif of cinematic and evocative atmospheres grounded to a bouncy eighth note groove. Its highly texturized stabs and swirling delays only give way to the alluring entrancing vocal via the lovely Alya V. The soul-stirring mood is continued through the final piece, “Embrace”. Characterized by its sweet uplifting melody and deeper bass all tied together with swirling soft cymbals and fluttering cloudlike white noise. Immediately, the listener is taken, to even higher heights, by means one can only call “otherworldly”.

This, Monarke’s most recent masterpiece “Liberate”, will take the listener on another heavenly journey where the sky, and all of its clouds, is simply not enough. Be prepared to be “Liberated” in every aspect of the word, and “Embrace” the journey.

Her Glimpse EP on BEYOND NOW interacts with the subject of time in an intense musical way: Moments go by hectically, driven by adrenaline, the atmosphere shimmers in ecstasy. En contraire the inner ticking, lost in time itself. The consitent ticking of the clock reminds of being existant and occures reality. The EP deals with the excerpts and moments of life in which time is relative and where each part differs in meaning.
