The debut single from Purusha Sound. This song channels the hypnotic keys work and electronic textures of Nils Frahm into a groovy self-reflection on the meaning of life and nature of experience. Synth pads ripples and cascade around lyrics written directly after a 10-day insight meditation course, which led to reality being distilled into nothing more than sensation. The coda reiterates the overarching conclusion of the experience: that we can find joy inside of us if we pay attention.

Purusha Trio is the live incarnation of Purusha Sound, featuring composer/singer/percussionist/handpan player Benedick Gibson, drummer/synth player/producer Rob Pemberton, and guitarist/bassist Lachlan McLellan. Their jazz-inflected experimental music is a paean to the benefits of exploring the world and its sounds, of opening up to new experiences, challenges and opportunities.
