2021 - Illumination White Party Promo:

What a crazy couple of years! As we all try to deal with this 'new way' of living, the stark reality is that the world has changed and disrupted life as we know it forever. For me, this means travelling to Australia in 2021 is unfortunately a no-go. It was to be a special trip, as not only would I get to catch up with my close friends and family (is also my father's 80 birthday and new family member additions to meet), but I would also have had the pleasure to DJ at at this years planned White Party - Illumination. It has always been one of the far north's most exciting parties and when I was living in Australia, I had the joy seeing it develop into an 'absolute must' event on the social calendar.

I am truly gutted as being there this year has been something in development for quite some time now. I'm positive the global situation will improve eventually and when it does, we hope to take a rain-check and give it a right proper knees up!! Fingers crossed the situation in Cairns / Australia at present doesn't interfere with this years event on October 9th. Also, a very Big shout out and love to Dean O'Shannessey & Venus from illumination for your dedication and support to make this happen. We'll get there eventually 🙂

I hope you enjoy the mix - It is a little different and was the concept behind something similar I was planning for at Illumination 2021. It captures some of the harder / darker sounds and genres I've been into these past 25 years while still making it aimed for the dance floor. Available to download in full WAV format for those sonic headz out there 🙂

Due to the huge success (more than 10.000 Plays) of my previous summer Funky mix (Volumes 94-95-102-103-114-115-126 ), I had to do it once again this year :)
