Louhi (Finnish pronunciation: [ˈlou̯hi]) is a wicked queen of the land known as Pohjola in Finnish mythology and a villain of the Kalevala. As many mythological creatures and objects are easily conflated and separated in Finnish mythology, Louhi is probably an alter-ego of the goddess Loviatar.

Two heavy-hitting, melodic Hardcore anthems take centre stage in this release, combining beautiful leads and attacking beats with smooth fluid drum-and-bass bridges.

These are supported by a down-tempo, soulful track named There You Go. A track that takes the fundamentals of Here We Go and applies them to an emotive and immersive House format.

LEVYATHAN - ASCEND

I've been teaching myself how to play guitar and bass for a good long while now, and the songs I practice, I learn by ear. Still having a lot of trouble with consistency, timing and accuracy on the frets, but it's going a lot better than before. It's a slow process, but it's satisfying and fun.
