One man who truely qualifies for the title of legendary is Dr. Motte. This DJ from the original vanguard of Technos few pioneering souls initiated and successfully staged what became the biggest cultural celebration of music, tolerance and love that the world has ever seen: the Love Parade.

But even with such achievements to his credit Dr. Motte has always stayed true to his ideals, true to the underground that has been his home for decades. His sound is sophisticated, energetic and multi-faceted. He is a master in dramaturgy and combines exciting acid basslines and progressive elements with groovy driving techno beats.

With his new non-profit organization Rave The Planet, he wants to bring back both the parade and its original spirit with a new overall concept. „Electronic music and club culture have always stood out as being exceptionally creative, tolerant and peaceful. At Rave The Planet, we are committed to placing it under protection on UNESCO’s Lists of Intangible Cultural Heritage.“
