Tempo Giveaway Song (landlords edition)

This song is combination of South African House music called Afro house and a bit of Samba music. This song could  introduce a new type of Genre from this combo of sounds

DJ Tempo (RSA) - Afro Samba

Born Puso Mogwera in a small town called Zeerust (North- West Province of South Africa) situated 240km North of Johannesburg,  a young DJ TempoRSA developed love and passion for music at an early age. It was evident at that tender age that only the sky is the limit for a village boy who was active in Sports, music, deejaying and participated in local pop star shows around his neighborhood and nearby places.

He was a member of a local dance group called “Smoothies” in the early 2000’s and was first featured in a popular music video of the late Barney “Mc Cool” Mthombeni (Pool Party) in 2002 which was aired mostly on national public broadcaster’s SABC 1 “Simunye Grooves”, it was during that time that he got a glimpse of music industry and got to share stage with well known artists like Mzambiya, Msawawa, Chippa to name a few, this was an experience that ignited fire and exposed many hidden talents in him.

Just like many who leave their humble and comfortable village families to pursuit education and career in the cities where better schools, infrastructure and opportunities are endless, Dj TempoRSA was no exception, He relocated to Johannesburg in 2005 to study Financial Information Systems at University of Johannesburg

DJ TempoRSA’s late parents was against him studying Sound Engineering as his first choice post matric . They could only pay for his education if he enrolled for Accounting related courses though his love was Sound Engineering and Information Technology

It was during his time at varsity that he could not ignore his passion for music and took it upon himself to self study music production via YouTube and other online platforms, until he enrolled for music Production course in 2015 with Revolution media school in Johannesburg to polish his advanced music production skills.

In 2018 TempoRSA went back in studio to work on new music, “It was nice to finally do what i love, i think i have gained enough knowledge and expertise since 2004 when i first started, I cant wait for the release of my music” a jovial DJ TempoRSA was quoted during an interview.
