Fresh Beats Records is thrilled to present "Ain’t it Nice" by rising artist Biscuit Boy, the sixth EP on our exclusive label, crafted entirely by students from the Advanced Music Production Course at the London School of Electronic Music (LSEM).

Biscuit Boy kicks off the EP with “Yes Yes”, a track that feels like an adventurous bedtime story. With pulsating energy and rhythmic breathing techniques, this track is a natural bopper, guaranteed to get listeners moving. Imagine a soundtrack that even the monkeys in Planet of the Apes would dance to!

"Essa Mina" follows, bringing the heat with peak-time energy and unwavering drive. Designed to ignite the dancefloor, "Essa Mina" is the sonic equivalent of setting off pyrotechnics—aggressive, intense, and impossible to ignore—an all-around love bomb that’s ready to set the dancefloor on fire.

The third track, "Lastly," is a softer, more reflective side to Biscuit Boy. This track blends nostalgia with a cheeky groove, creating a tune that’s both melancholic and booty-shaking. It is the ideal conclusion to his original work, leaving listeners feeling wistful but completely satisfied.

We had the pleasure of having Portamento remix "Essa Mina" to round out the EP. Also known as Mat Lomas, LSEM's mentor elevates "Essa Mina" by taking it to entirely new artistic heights. By infusing deep, groovy elements with tech and Afro-latin house rhythms, Mat demonstrates the mastery and dedication that LSEM tutors bring to their students. This remix not only takes the original to a totally different level of creativity but also exemplifies the excellence and innovation that define our advanced music production course.

This release is a testament to the revolutionary nature of our programme, where students work remotely yet achieve industry-standard, innovative results.
