Nazani was written by Armenian poet Sayat Nova in the 18th century. This arrangement was made by the singer Hamza Namira together with the other musicians: Enzo Puzzovio on mandolino, Layil Barr on bass viol, Guy Schalom on percussion and Arngeir Hauksson on theorbo. It was broadcast on Egyptian TV in 2018

Commissioned by Fool & Scholar Productions, I was asked to create a 5min piece to accompany a scene of warriors singing as they marched into the mysterious night. I used hammered dulcimer, tromba marina, hurdy gurdy and lute. I invented the language for the song. Percussion and wind was added for the final result.

Solo hurdy gurdy. A Trip to Paris was published in 1726, appearing in The Compleat Country Dancing Master. Hurdy gurdy made in 1854 and recorded in 2016 at All Saints Church, Holland Fen with natural acoustics.

These have been with Grynwode, Prego and Dante Ferrara. I have composed incidental music for short films and podcasts. Current work is with the baroque 'Duo Piccolo e Grande' (mandolino with theorbo), klezmer band 'Simcha' (cümbüs) and ambient music 'Duo Damasus' (oud with clarinet).
