I only updated this since we're gonna be working on Chapter 5 for a while.
Most of the changes are very small so it's basically the same song.

Path of Frozen Glass

This one also went through a lot of different versions, which I eventually discarded because they either sounded too much like Hopes and Dreams or whatever reference I used was too obvious. With a legendary track such as Hopes and Dreams, it's hard to feel like whatever you're doing makes justice to it, but just the same as with Undertale (the song), I came to accept that this version probably won't be as good as the original, but it doesn't have to be. None of the Alternate tracks need to be. As Dr Dre said: "I'm never gonna be able to do it any better than what they did, this is just my version (right before cooking a trash beat)"

Now onto my inspiration for this, I took a lot of different things. 'Raw Unfiltered Calamity' by DM Dokuro, 'Solaris Phase 2' from Sonic 06, many chiptune and tracker songs, etc. I wanted this to have a feeling of finality, of the realization that this is truly the end of your journey. Just as I do, I hope you enjoy this.

Also I got the worst diarrhea of my life by the time I'm uploading this so pray for me if you want to see megalovania.

100 - Hopes And Dreams

Inspired mostly on Bloody Tears' SSBU version. I wanted to do something different for this track, so instead of making it a "phase 2" with the same FLP as Hopes and Dreams, I did it from scratch, and I went for a more "epic" feeling, as if the entire world is really at stake, but you're still more than powerful enough to save it. The original song felt more like it was "reminiscing" you of the friends you made along the journey, and thus it sounded like a more "friendly" and happy song. That's why it worked so well, but as I said, I wanted this to feel more intense. Hope that works as well. In any case, hope you enjoy.

102 - SAVE The World

This track takes inspiration mostly from Love Theme from Mother 3 and Sandman's Theme from Spider-Man 3. I wanted this to feel more melancholic and sad, but at the same time with just a hint of bittersweet...ness?. Aside from that, I don't think there is too much to add.

Oh yeah, the violin plays a small motif that's present as an oboe in both Undertale (the song) and Hopes and Dreams. I don't really consider it as an actual motif, but hey, it's there. Enjoy.

[deltarune: Fan Track] WILTING KING

Suggested by Crusadin, who also suggested to use Buddy Simulator 1984 as a reference.

This is, technically speaking, the only song so far on this Soundtrack that doesn't appear in any shape or form in the original Undertale, thus being an original song made for this soundtrack. Specifically, this would play after you "hug" Papyrus, the only person who no matter the circumstances, always believed in you. It may also play in other specific scenes.

I wanted to make this track haunting, in a sort of depressing way. it's sad, but also kind of creepy, as it adds more weight to your actions. You may argue that the silence in the original scene is more effective, and I may agree with that, but I wanted to try out something different. Also, don't worry about the soundtrack taking too long to finish. This is a special exception, so the rest of the soundtrack should more or less stay the same as the original. As always, hope you enjoy!

113 - A Dangerous Path

So for this one I was debating whether just making a short loop or making a full track. At the end, I decided to try out something in the middle: Something that, while is not a full song, could technically pass as one. This probably was an even worse decision. Good news is a full version is in the works so I will post it in the future, maybe as its own thing, maybe as part of something else. Who knows?

As for the track itself, like most Mettaton themes, it draws a lot of inspiration from Sonic, specifically Stardust Speedway and Metallic Madness. As always, hope you enjoy!

116 - Power Of NEO

Whew guys that sure was an UNDERTALE ALTERNATE amirite?
Thank you for hanging on with us until the end of the soundtrack. I'm fairly sure there aren't any other important songs left to cover so I'll just post the bonus small songs that are left. This one, for instance, takes some inspiration on the Spider-Man 2 game Pizza theme song, except instead of speeding up, it slows down. 
So yeah, that's the end of it. Nothing of great importance after this. Keep an eye tomorrow for the next bonus of absolutely no importance whatsoever that no one could possibly be expecting.
