AlchemicalMinds Session 052 / PWCCA (España) SPECIAL ANNIVERSARY EDITION. 

PWCCA aka Dr. Cyanide, Nacido en Madrid (26/04/1979), activo desde 1995. Inició su carrera como DJ en pubs locales, pasando del progressive/house al techno más underground, influenciado por figuras como James Ruskin, Richard Polson, Christian Wünsch, Regis o Surgeon. En 1998 representa Madrid en el 1º Campeonato Nacional de DJs Deejay Magazine (Disco 8, BCN) entre más de 600 participantes, obteniendo el 5º puesto. Entre 1998–2000 trabaja como DJ en clubs de la capital y co-funda la franquicia Phrenetic Society Madrid junto a Cristian Varela, donde enseña producción y DJing. Crea su propio sello Hardtools Records, lanzando vinilos como Evidence y Unknown EP. También colabora en Donkeyhead Recordings junto a Cristian Varela y Gayle San, y participa en el programa Phrenetic Power Music (Tango & Cash Radio). Presente en festivales como Casting Phrenetic (Villalba), Van-Vas, y múltiples raves madrileñas, consolidando su sonido techno influido por la escuela de Birmingham. En 2005 se centra en la producción y años más tarde reactiva Hardtools en formato digital, sumando los sellos Basic Form y UK Executes.
Ha trabajado y sido remezclado por Kessell, Al Ferox, Gunjack, Arnaud Le Texier, Error Etica, Kike Pravda, José Pouj, Cristian Varela, Gayle San, Horacio Cruz, Eric Fetcher, C-System, Fixeer, Michel Lauriola, ArchivOne, entre otros.
Su música ha sido pinchada por: Oscar Mulero, Tensal, Kessell, DJ Pete, Dave Clarke, Tommy Four Seven, David Meiser, Arnaud Le Texier, Exium, Pelacha, Kontal, Fanon Flowers, Abstract Division, Joton, Ángel Molina, Lewis Fautzi, Patrik Skoog, etc.
Releases en sellos como Aine (PoleGroup), Injected Poison, Newrhythmic, Kobayashi, Donkeyhead, Granulart, MFM, Revolt, Anaoh, Human Recs, Subsequent Records.

Daniel Ramos, conocido artísticamente como 9 8 r p m, es un DJ y productor establecido en Bogotá, Colombia, cuya carrera desde 2019 se ha centrado en la creación de experiencias sonoras únicas en la pista de baile. Con un enfoque en géneros como Hypnotic, Detroit Techno, IDM y Electro, Daniel ha logrado captar la atención internacional gracias a sus sets innovadores y atmosféricos. As you may probably know, we have a sister digital label called Aine, where we release mainly the work of new talents of the scene. Now it’s time to step forward and give them physical exposure, of course on wax.

For this purpose we have selected four tracks from Aine’s back catalogue to start this   mini compilation series. The chosen are Ribé, Oisel, Refracted and Ruptur3. Three spanish producers and an italian one.

First cut Atop relies on heavy subbbass action and modular workout, continuous synth lines, micro drones and a circular arrangement make this one a proper mover.

Erosione follows, heavily Jeff Mills influenced, Fm bell like sequences, multiple percussive layers and rolling bass frequencies to move any intelligent dancefloor out there.

The Drums, is not a drum track paradoxically, based on synthetic lines, textures and drones it’s the ideal warm up cut, mental, slow and deep.

28064212 is a shuffled exercise, based on a triplet rhythm, robot like cadencies and groove, like an industrial soundtrack of a decadent future.

A compilation that shows the power of newcomers and opens a promising future for our scene.
