Guys, I'm making a new album. I wanted to take a moment to share a bit of my story with you all. Being an independent musician and artist isn't just about creating melodies or painting canvases; it's a roller-coaster of emotions, challenges, ultimate sacrifice and sheer determination. 

I remember the countless nights spent perfecting my craft, pouring my heart and soul into every lyric, every chord, note, kick and pad. The road to where I am today hasn't been an easy one. It's been filled with setbacks, lots and lots of rejections, moments of self-doubt and feeling lost in a sea of talent. But, every hurdle became a stepping stone, every closed door propelled me to find another way, and every note that didn't quite resonate only fueled my determination to improve. 

For the past 12 years, I've been working full-time as an independent artist, which allows me total creative freedom, but along with that freedom comes a unique set of challenges. Being a touring artist as well, the Covid pandemic made touring pretty challenging for many artists. 

Behind every piece of art, every song, there's a story—a story of resilience, passion, and unyielding dedication. It's about late-night sessions and early morning inspirations. It's about sacrifices made and the unwavering belief in the power of creativity.

Music is a great healer, and there's nothing better than having your art impact thousands of you in the ways I've never imagined. Happiness is love, sunrises and sunsets, family, furry companions, early morning coffee and late night conversations. It's about honesty and understanding. It's about kindness to yourself and to others, and a little more love 💙

AZIZ returns to NYMFIELD with his second EP called 'Soul'. Four smooth deep house cuts making sure you're warm during these upcoming winter months. The EP starts with the title track 'Soul'. A tune with attention to detail within its layers. This in combination with solid beats, heavy bass and soul soothing chords, makes the tune true to its name. 'Higher' is a lush deep house record which finds its inspiration more into the mid-00's era of deep house. More techy and tighter beats in combination with deep pads and lush chords. Advancing into the EP we encounter the soul uplifting 'I Wish I Knew'. A bit reminiscent of summer and its glory days, this record is filled with synths, catchy vocals & that old school groove. Rounding off the EP we have 'Can't You See'. A proper mellow deep house cut. While the EP holds his basis within the deeper sounds, AZIZ brings multiple vibes & energy levels to the table. His 'Soul' is out on all major platforms on the 17th of October
